Wow.... alfieri... really? Two of the best songs in Duran Duran's history were not only from the Warren era, but actually written by Warren (if memory serves). Come Undone and Ordinary World. Those two songs, and watching A View to a Kill, were what got me into Duran Duran. As for Andy.... he kicked himself out. Besides, if you listen to the album versions of the first five years of Duran Duran... Andy's guitar is so subdued by John's bass, Nick's keyboard, and Simon's voice... you almost can't even tell he's there, the majority of the time.
Duran Duran during pop-trash age was a different band, John taylor had already left and being a trio again and asume to carry a band against everything, low sales, the media which critize and bla bla bla, you have to be creative and give all of the best Simon Nick and Warren weren't bad, I congrat the three of them, for keep Duran Duran alive!
Always loved Missing Persons. I thought Duran Duran had familiar sounding guitar work and was pleasantly surprised when I found it was the MP guitarist. Only thing is, Warren should get with the program and go with the '80s freak look of Duran Duran instead of the tank top LA muscle jock look.
Warren is a very good guitarist, and no doubt made some great songs with DD. I'm a big fan of the Pop Trash album. That being said, I never felt his image fit with what DD was about. I didn't like many of his takes on the older material.
I think the opposite. I think Warren ended up being perfect for Duran Duran. He put his entire life, heart and soul into Duran Duran, unlike Andy Taylor, who was only ever ashamed to even be associated with them! I wish Warren would/could come back. That would be the absolute perfect lineup for Duran Duran! You'd be hard-pressed to find a finer guitarist. I do agree that he did not fit Duran Duran's image STYLE-WISE well at all later on toward the Pop Trash era, because he sometimes looked like he came straight from the gym to performance! That aside, Warren is the perfect guitarist for Duran Duran. :)
Warren played with ZAPPA, the rest of the guys couldn't have made it through the first bar of an audition. But that is no criticism of them, they were just different. Actually LeBon could probably sing anyone's material.
Warren kept them fresh and relevant.
I love Warren in Ordinary World so amazing
A shadow of their former selves by this point. So glad the reunion came soon after this!
wow omg its wes I love him .rest in peace

4 songs.
one Anti-Warren fan maybe a nostalgic of 80's don't want to accept that Warren made a great job during 15 years.
How could anyone be anti Warren ,hes a incredible guitarist .
Went to this tour in Cardiff. Pop trash just felt cheap in parts and the tour. Always support the band and glad the lean years are behind them

Nick and Simon are the glue who have always held Duran Duran together. Always. They have never faltered. :)
Warren kept the duran duran name alive otherwise it was just Arcadia.

Agree with alfieri.
Warren is a very good guitarist but he does not fit at all with DD
