i started my weight loss journey by last April 15 and my weight was 78.7 kgs and my height 168 CMS. i followed keto diet . on June 30 th my weight is 62.45 kgs.
When I was in keto.i took
Protein : 20-30%
Fats : 70- 80%
Carbs : 15-25%
Fibre : 10%.
Total Calories per day : 1250-1350kcal.
From July 1 I just changed to low carb diet. Now my food percentage is
Protein : appr 35%(57-60 gms)
Fat : appr 25%(40-45gms)
Carbs: appr 30%(45-50 gms)
Fibre : 10 %(16-20 gms)
Calories per day : only around 800 k Cal ka.but am felling full and energetic . If I eat less calories any issues will come ka?.
I checked my weight on last mon ( June 30) is 62.45 kgs and today my weight is 63.80 kgs. Am very sincere in my diet ka. Why it's increasing ? Please guide me ka.

Regarding Coffee tea, u said to drink without milk n sugar. V shd avoid sugar as itbus empty calorie but milk is important as it has many growth factors n human body requires. So it is wise to take milk also without sugar n may b can cut down equal calorie in our Carbo hydrades to balance
