NOOOOOO.bro,If u go to bed at 12 p.m. and wake up in 5 a.m.,you doing great,BUT if u go to bed in 1 am and wake up in 5a.m.,you destroy your health. You need to sleep 7-9 hours for your health and muscles and of cours for your brain
Hmm, interesting. 8hours is ideal. But it’s recommended to do a split. 4 hours night 4 hours day. For teens it’s highly recommended to get 7-9 hours for proper development. But at some point you decide what amount of sleep is enough for you. Just don’t do anything less than 4hours
@@Hum_phreymawelle that make sense, but teen after watching some video like that start sleep 5-6 hours and think "I'm so productive"(but staff like that destroy skin, eyes, brain and body at all,of cours with mental health)
@@Hum_phreymawelle Hm, I'm 15 years old, I've gotten into the habit of getting up at 4:30 every day and going to bed around midnight (usually before), and I'll take a nap or two throughout the day. I was thinking it might be unhealthy... is it not-?
@@re-vam-p it’s unhealthy for someone your age because your need atleast 6 to 8 hours of proper sleep for proper body development. The naps could be beneficial but they are only power naps to regain energy during those long days, so consider getting more hours of sleep unless you have ‘something’ limiting you from getting sufficient sleep in the night.
@@Hum_phreymawelle my father, he works until 10 everyday then has an hour drive home, I've thought about going to bed much earlier but at that point I'd be spending practically no time with him
