Cephas is very quick, he needs to work on his decision making, team play and finishing. He has potential to go far, but needs to work on his game.
Missing a lot
Cephas shouldn't complain. He got a better chance than Parris and Flemmings who are technically and tactically much better than him and East who is also a better goal scorer. Coaches have their biases. Cephas need to get in shape and work hard on the field. Coaches are sometimes turned off by a player with a lot of talent but don't work hard or isn't learning.

@@dandada28 I would never ever question his humility. Or him as a person. That aside, it's not the coach. Then why is he also riding the bench at his club team? Playing an average 45mins a game. With only 3-5 goals. There are serious holes in his game. He needs fine turn some critical things about his play

He's not clinical right now but if he works on his finishing, he's gonna be fantastic. He most times seem to threaten the defense. If you watch the last game against Venezuela, he is the one that has most shots at goal...He is one for the future. BIG UP CEPHAS

@@SportsProphecyTV He is NOT EPL quality. If he gets signed out of curiosity, he will make it to the EPL. He does not have a go-to move, predictable or not, to get him a shot at goal. D-Gray has his off-the-dribble cut-in-the-shot move. Bailey does; you can see where Whisper is getting better at his. Cephas needs to get his own soon, or he will return to the JPL.

If an EPL signs him for whatever curious reason, he would not make it. He does not have a good dribble. He does not make sound and consistent decisions with the ball. He does not have an off-the-run/dribble and shoot move. D-Gray has his cut-in and shoot move or close ball skills, which are very effective. Bailey can move in or out off the dribble and create his shot. I can see where Whisper is getting better at his. At 24 or 25, these are skill sets that Cephad should have mastered by now. I saw nothing impressive about his overall game. Just one play to create that goal for Boza and his natural speed. If Cepha doesn’t, hurry up and improve; I wouldn't be surprised to see him back in the JPL.
