Hi let’s see how to make Chicken Dum Biryani using Shaan Biryani Masala

Ingredients
Chicken 500 gm
Curd 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Shan Biryani Masala 1/2 packet
To cook rice
Basmati rice 300 gm
Water 1.5 litre
Salt 1/2 tbsp
1 tsp
Whole spices
To cook chicken
1/4th cup oil
Onion 2 medium
Tomato 1
Kashmiri red chilly 1 tsp
Coriander mint 2-3 tbsp
Water 150 ml
Salt If required
To layer Biryani
Fried onion
Mint coriander green chilly
Saffron milk or food colour
Ghee -1 tbsp
