Years ago I went to a Toronto Police Dog Services open house. Really enjoyable. I got a baseball card sort of thing with one of their dogs on it. Ronin. I imagine Ronin is long gone. I still use the card as a bookmark.

dogs have genetics from wolves that work every single day and when you take a working animal and put it in a domestic situation you must engage it in work that engages its natural skills until you understand that you will be groomed by propagranda instead of learning actual behavior and communication
