I have a Belgian Malinois as my service dog who was a street dog before I got him from the animal shelter. He is wicked smart and has one hell of a bite. I am so lucky to have found him.

I was beyond happy to see a black lab thrown in the mix. You always see Malamutes & Shepherds as police K9s but you rarely see any other breed of dog anymore so it was very refreshing to see a lab make it into the bunch! Amazing Doggos!

I wish we could get a sign up sheet so we can get rid of the poachers and crazy people who feel it’s fine to kill wildlife- animals are very important and they help people even, when they know that they’re bad people out there. I wish we could show the animals where the traps are set so they don’t get trapped and killed. Several people don’t think about the animals trying to survive and raise their young. I know that they’re wild, but they need to be free.

I found out that a K9 was poisoned in a town in Oklahoma and family knew the dog. It was sad. The town named a dog park in his honor. People who are inclined to be vicious will find a way to harm these precious dogs.
Future-Marine-Devil-Dog 14 For the cats, a lot of old fxcks just don't like animals besides the ones they can eat, they injure animals badly and kill them, some people broke into my house couple times trying to steal my cats unsuccessfully, so if they can't take them they just poison them. For the dogs, back in the civil war, mostly military and terrorist groups, they just eliminate the dogs, so they won't be detected, dogs disappeared in the area one by one, my neighbor lost a Doberman but felt worse and cried for our dog Rocky, a Belgian Shepherd that all the town knows and has unbelievable stories on his intelligence. There is one time where a homeless dog got shot by soldiers, he used to go aggressively on them and their tank when they pass by his territory. Then there were moments where burglars poison dogs but it never happened to us, but people who leave poisonous food (for rats) in our backyard. Now, last dogs that we adopted are growing old safe from all those things, the last dog we have lost, 11 years ago, a German shepherd brought from France. She could be even smarter than Rocky but left too soon.

Wish I can afford to immigrate somewhere else and move some animals or at least get some veterinary training to make animals lives better. I have a falcon that I helped healing his injuries but I feel like I can do more with him, unfortunately.
I have met Officer Buchmann and k9 Talon. They both came in to NEWTECH in 2019 to teach us about k9 handling and we met Talon, but he was retired. Since then I have enlisted in the USAF and will be a k9 handler for the USAF in 2022
Never forget the story of the officer that responded to a call in a neighborhood. Turns out it was an ambush and two guys were beating him to death. Officer managed to hit release on the door and his K9 came out there and ripped those guys up and saved his life
this is awesome - my grandfather was a dog trainer in WW2 - to his dying day you could sense his love and missing of the dogs. the only criticism /question I have is getting the dogs from other countries. Cant tell me that in all of America dogs can not be found of equal character and ability.

Setting my human family aside for the moment, I have loved two family members over 20 years and each gave me gave me love and joy. As my tag they were Jack and Amy both rescue mates some years apart. My wife Di can't listen to that song Jack and Diane it still hurts for her, me I can't look at a Rottie. The disappointing thing I heard here was that donations are needed why is that
I see Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd blood and drive mixed with German Shepherds to add size to these dogs. I have a 55 lb Dutch Shepherd and the dog is amazing. Can hurdle 6 foot fences and pulls harder than any dog I have worked with in 6 years of Veterinary Medicine experience.
Man, if I was a bad guy, and i saw the cops about to lower down a frothing mouth full of teeth on a rope to come get me, I think I'd pee myself . I love how chill they are....until they're not.
