Millionaire Hideout - Animated Boxy Cliff Luxury Vacation House - 3D Fantasy

Well, I wanted to make one, fully animated, luxury, hedonistic, vacation hideout house, just for fun, with only one bedroom, one bathroom, and small outside swimming pool, set on an isolated ocean island cliff and Tsunami proof. You can access it only by boat, drone or Helicopter, with heliodrome on top! I started yesterday, doing it in Sketc-Up, cleaning it and finished it in my recognizable luxury style, with my old shiny materials presets and some few days earlier created pieces of modern furniture. I completely redone kitchen and bedroom from scratch, added new living sofa and table and the rest of the furniture I made earlier. I also used my 3 years old Drone 7 creation, because it's looking fine to me still now.
Since I was a PC GTA game modder for many years, I use Unreal engine Twinmotion for rendering. I also use very shiny materials and surfaces, for better feeling of 3D movement. My goal in 3D modeling was never just reality, although I know very well how to do it. My 3D work, is mainly for practice, presenting my daily ideas and rendering them as quickly as possible, so I never used path tracer, and very rarely Lumen, since I have a modest PC configuration.
