Wigan is finished, was a lovely town but knocked lovely buildings down affecting business, grand arcade parking a total rip off ,

Used to be a great place to shop. Proper market hall , outside market, market square ect.
Now it's a shit hole, no shops left hardly
Thanks to Wigan Council.
Put it back to what it used to be is the answer
