I don’t know about everyone else but I love watching sheep doing whatever, they’re so interesting! So don’t worry about reposting things because that’s what your viewers are here for. I look forward to seeing you post, you’re an interesting guy who knows so much about farming
I don’t see why you would wait to wean in 90days when you can wean at 60 then put the feed to them to put weight on because their only gonna grow so much on the milk
@@Lockboyz910 Feed is supplied from day 1. Rideau peak milk production hits about 60-70 days. Lambs on feed and milk will far surpass lambs just on feed at that age, combined with the weather challenges their health is much stronger. Pounds gained are cheaper in feed to a ewe than straight grain to a lamb. Are you from Canada?
Interesting, comparing how livestock farming is done in different areas. Lots of similarities. The big differences across channels is the fascinating problem solving you guys do. Brilliant. Sometimes, you gotta work with what you have, and if you don't have it, you have to make it work anyway. Keep the vids coming. You're doing a GREAT job. Lub Dem Sheeps!
I've been waiting on a new video from you with great enthusiasm and I'm sooo glad it's out! 😄 I follow your channel because I like your authentic content and you sense of humor suits me perfectly 😂 Maybe cause we understand the same kind of humor here in Finland! Your videos are perfect as they are, a little bit of chores from different days, your speech and commenting are fun! I truly hope you have kept on filming throughout the spring and summer and will post even more frequently in the future! Anyway, thank you for keeping this channel and all the best to you and your lammies and sheep! 😊
Hey thank you so much for the support. Been filming periodically through the whole year. Will work on more frequent uploads, knowing I have viewers that enjoy it really makes it worthwhile!
Another great video dude. I always wonder, what Is something you could use on the sheep farm that would make some aspect of the farming just that much easier? I'm not talking a heated shop or a new fancy tractor... something smaller scale but makes a big difference
Just came here to ask the same question, is there still snow where you live, or are your videos delayed some. I know Canada is known to be cold, but I was shocked by it last video that there was still snow. I love how you say it’s pretty warm today while there is a mess of snow!!! How are the seasons there? Do you ever get HOT weather? Just curious! Also, really glad you are getting more views than expected. I’ve always lived in the city (Philadelphia) so I love watching farming, (mostly sheep and goat farming) for me it’s so different from my life and I find it fascinating and amazing, most of it anyway.
Yes this video was filmed in March. I hardly have much to show in the summer but I am still filming here and there. I keep videos fairly delayed for a few different personal reasons. Snow left end of April, July was up to 35deg C, now that we are in August it is starting to cool off a bit. Still mid 20's during the day. Appreciate you watching@ Philadelphia is a long ways away from here.
When they cut teeth I would introduce creep then wean whenever their eating well because the milk only make them grow up to a certain point then the creep makes them fill out faster so 90 days way to long unless you don’t have the money or feed to support the lambs right away

Hi RJ. I think your videos are informative, funny, and show empathy and caring for the sheep as well. We need more of them 😁
Oh, I also love that you take the time to cuddle and name some of your sheep. Makes me feel not so crazy!😆
Where in Alberta are you?
@@EwetopiaFarms Central. I appreciate the support! Means a lot coming from you guys.
Just keep making them the way you are make more and you will soar
I appreciate it!

Did you write the song I would like to hear the whole song can you link it in the video. Like your videos keep them coming.
Hey Mister! How old is your bench vise? Don’t break that antique😊.
“Sheep love aviation, too!” No doubt😅!
The sheep would really like a buzz from a rotorway. One day. Thanks for watching! :)
