Can my HP Craptop from 2014 run Windows 11?

Ah.... my HP 15 Notebook PC (model 15-f039wm). We got this during Black Friday of 2014. Purchased in person from Walmart, of course. Being 2014, this was before Windows 10 was released, so this originally ran Windows 8.1 with Bing. The laptop this replaced was an HP G60-125nr, which ran Windows Vista. That means we missed out on having Windows XP and Windows 7 at home.... and we survived just fine.
Anyway, after upgrading the storage to an SSD, I was curious how well this would run Windows 11, if it could even manage it in the first place.

Potentially caused by hardware or driver issues. Check the memory/RAM?
