Jen, the layering in the BGVs of this track are so complex and amazing all at the same! For most of us it means listening repeatedly (LOL) as the hilarity of the video was distracting. I'm impressed that you managed to do both on your first viewing and always learn something new from your analysis. Keep up the great work and please be sure to do a video post-Home Free concert, so we can hear about your experience. They are a blast in concert and we'd love to hear your take on it! As we know by now, Home Free never disappoints!

I love the videos where the guys just get to have a good time, especially ones where Adam (who always looks so serious) has fun and lets out his inner goofball. This song just makes you smile and feel good. BTW the girl is an idiot. 5 gorgeous guys and she picked the dorky host. Another great reaction & analysis. Love these guys sense of humor. What a fun feel good song. Another great original song from their new album. The video reminded me of "The Dating Game" which I remember watching. But the contestants were usually hidden from view. The bachelorette had an advantage as she got to see all 5 of these handsome men. Can't believe she picked the host.
It is such fun watching Chance play the nerdy character, (when he gets the right answer to the math question) he does it so well. That just stood out for me. I remember him playing the city slicker in Hill Billy Bone. And Adam as the muscle man, perfect. These guy are just so much fun and refuse to take themselves too seriously. Of course when the song calls for it they can be serious. Their talent is just fabulous. Love your reaction and analysis, and watch your performances as well.

Another great "side splitting" reaction & analysis, Jenn. I'm not sure if you heard but the Home Free boy's may be promoting a UbiSoft video game called "Skull And Bones." There are both lyric and live video's to analysis if you want to play them back to back. Warning. The song is like ear candy that gets stuck in your head all day.
This was so reminiscent of the tacky "Dating Show" (1966-1971). The video was so much fun - the song, singing, harmonies, beatboxing and characters were great! I don't wanna guess how much time was spent curling & moussing Austin's hair!
YES!!! It was hard to pay attention to the vocals because the focus was on their goofiness. I am going to have to listen again without looking at the video. LOL. This was very good as always and so much fun. And also, as usual, your humor is contagious. Love watching you and Home Free. I nearly fell on the floor when you put Tim in the bass-ment. Jennifer! I just remembered I never came back and re-listened to this one. I made the premiere but between the chat and the boys hamming it up on the video I never really listened to the music! Then I got busy at work and never made it back. This is a catchy song! Definitely a great fit for Home Free's style. Surprise ending to the game show though eh? I first heard this a few days ago and thought "I can't wait until Jennifer does her R&A". Such a treat when you react to Home Free.
Thanks for the reaction, Jen. I've watched this at least a dozen times and it still has me laughing. Tim seems to be channelling Robert de Niro, while in those glasses and happy vacant smile Austin bears a resemblance to a disreputable boyfriend I had in the 70s.
Like everyone else, we take the brilliance of the BV for granted with Home Free. Mind you, they could probably do it in their sleep, which is why Skull and Bones is such a refreshing change musically. I hope you'll be able to react to the live version - the lyric version sounds over-produced to me. We're promised a live action version later this year.
There have been a few reactors that have done both versions in the same video! It's great to hear it that way. You can truly appreciate the differences when you hear them one after the other. ❤
