As a drummer I am always amazed at how good Adam Rupp is but especially when he does his brush work as that just sounds too good. He is able to get every single nuance of the instruments and you have to keep reminding yourself it is not being played :D

And, their newest…”LISTEN TO THE MUSIC”….. a cover from the Doobie Brothers, circa 1972….was a big hit then…&, the guys made it even Better…of course….&, Adam was Stellar….& Austin’s lead was Perfect❤️‼️❤️. It’s a Feel Good song to make your day 🙃❤️‼️

To me, Jen, there's only one thing better than listening to Home Free - and that's to watch and listen to you react to them. There is no doubt you are a huge fan (a mega Home Fry), with the amazing technical ability to quickly hear the individual elements of their music that the rest of us hear initially beautifully combined, and then you dissect them into discussion pieces that gives us all a new way to listen to and appreciate their incredible music. Please don't ever apologize for geeking out the way you do - it's inciteful, it's so fun to watch you react, and it's a gift to all of us. I listen to a lot of reactors - you are one of few that I'm subscribed to, and look forward to watching every time. Thank you for who you are and what you do. Love, hugs, and respect to you. 💗🤗✨

Even with a female guest, opening act Maggie Baugh, Austin sings the highest notes. Home Free is always generous to their opening acts. Texas Hill and Jeffrey East opened for them in past years.

What a beautiful song. Home Free did a great rendition. This one gets me in the feels. Nice to be introduced to another country talent in Maggie Baugh. She has a really nice voice & enjoy her playing the violin/fiddle. The guys are great about sharing the spotlight with other artists. Dolly Parton originally recorded & performed this song with Kris Kristofferson in the 2012 movie "Joyful Noise". The following year, she re-recorded the tune with Willie Nelson.
I had seriously considered going to Tim’s website to pay for him to do this song for me in memory of my daughter who passed away in 2018 at the age of 32. I sang this song for her daily (and nightly). And now they came out with this… it just brings me to tears. Love you to the moon and back my Angel, Always.
So sorry you lost your daughter. This is a wonderful tribute.

Such a sweet and tender song! Tim's tone is so gentle it feels like a vocal hug. Maggie shines in both her vocals and her violin skills. Austin drops in from the heavens with his clear vocals that just make a person melt. Then Rob, Adam, and Chance just fill in all the gooey fillings in the background. The storyline was perfect. Home Free can pull emotions out of us in every video. That's their super power! Great reaction and breakdown! ❤

What I find so beautiful is when you have your headphones on, you recognize all the great voices separately, even though they sing in such awesome harmony.
Really beautiful lead, but also the background vocal which gives it such a feel-good feeling. Each voice gives a certain value to the song. The vocal percussion is so good, not to mention the violin playing. Everything is perfect.
The video reminds me of my oldest child/daughter. She also had a stuffed animal from birth. Now she's 33 and she still has that stuffed animal. Those memories brought me a tear when I heard this song. How time flies when I look at my four children. All four grown up. My loves whom I love so much. From here to the moon and back!

For the last three years I really haven't listened to any other group. Just Home Free and their guests like today with Maggie. They are wholesome and humble and flat out can sing. What privilege it is to listen to them routinely make my day. Maggie will tour with one of the best groups to travel and hope she enjoys the ride with the finest group of men who can flat out sing..........

Oh my goodness, I always learned so much from your channel as you break down how artists achieve certain effects or chords that are being pulled together etc. I love it and thank you! Today I was surprised that at 8:25-ish in the video you focused on the chord progression upward and yet my ear tuned into the progression down to the deep low notes that were sung and held for a few seconds. I found myself rewinding just to hear it again. I feel this is a compliment to you, of sorts, as I’ve started recognizing more parts of what I’m hearing in songs instead of just hearing the sums 😊

You will notice every song that home Free sings the clarity of the words and the meaning behind them is so fully expressed and understandable every cover that they take, you fully understand what the original artist was trying to say even more than that original artist they just have almost a supernatural ability to allow you to hear the words for the first time and with that get the actual meaning of the song laser focused into your brain it's amazing

Hey Jen, I actually pick this song to react, please react to: Listen to the Music by Home Free, because to me, absolutely best song for them even the mouth fill percussion by Adam Rupp sounds accurate drum set and the blend ( Bassline) by Tim Foust is absolutely best Bassline that I ever heard also the killer harmony from the background.

We subscribe to your channel because we want to hear you break down what we are hearing. Stop, rewind, explain as much and as often as you like. More may even be better. Not all of us have headphones and not all of us have the musical background and training that you do. I just know it's called music, but not what I've actually been hearing. So thank you for an excellent explanation. I like the nuances that you catch.
