This is an original by Tim, Mark Nesler and Marty Dodson. You missed Adam Rupp's best dance move. Can't afford to close your eyes during one of their funny videos. Such a fun, boppy song. And, of course, they did it justice. Austin is a perfect hippie. Looks like folks I knew in college. And Adam Chance has the nerd thing down perfectly.
They released a song called Make You Feel My Love for valentines day. Each of the guys is doing a domestic chore to show their love. Adam Rupp and Tim look amazing and funny at the same time. The video will make you smile.

Well, they couldn't very well single out any one of Home Free as the winner, 'cause , as you said, they are all glorious! I love how Home Free takes their music very seriously, putting out THE BEST music, but they don't take themselves seriously what-so-ever. They can have a joke at their own expense. This was so cute and hysterical. If these guys can't put a smile on your face, you'd better just go buy yourself a sense of humor, right!? What a treat. There was a period of about a year when Austin never had a lead, in the way you suggest. It may have just happened that way, who knows. He made a big comeback to the leads with Listen to the Music.
Some of us older ladies found Austin's 70s appearance almost uncomfortably reminiscent of boyfriends past. Mine had a similarly vacant smile.
Tim's facial expressions really make this and in general he creates a very convincing and rather unpleasant character. Rob doesn't have enough to do, considering what he could have done.

Tim eats everything on the menu, so his bio is obviously fiction. Chance is actually the biker of the group, but he does nerd way too well to be the biker (though if they'd shown off his tats, maybe).
I don't think you're old enough to remember The Dating Game (this is a take-off of it). I love the song, singing, harmonies, beatboxing - all of it. Moreover, I'm from the generation where most men had long hair & I love Austin & Adam's! The Dating Game was an American show in any case, so DJ wouldn't have seen it. In the UK we had a similar programme called Blind Date.

I love the videos where the guys just play up their characters especially the ones where Adam (who most of the time seems so serious) releases his inner goofball and just seems to have a lot of fun. This song and this video just makes you smile.

DJ, you need to rematch to catch all you missed with your eyes closed. We understand as this one is distracting trying to decide whether to listen or watch first because there’s so much going on that’s simply fantastic! 😊 So glad neither the funny antics nor the music ever suffer as Home Free never disappoints!

I've been listening to this since their album So Long Dixie came out last year. All but two of the tracks are originals - this one is by Tim. It was nice to know the song well enough to be able to concentrate on the video. Tim has let his natural grey streak show since the covid lockdown. You really need to watch some of their behind the scenes and home away from home videos to get to know them.
Love these guys sense of humor. What a fun feel good song. Another great original song from their new album. The video reminded me of "The Dating Game" which I remember watching. But the contestants were usually hidden from view. The bachelorette had an advantage as she got to see all 5 of these handsome men. Can't believe she picked the host.
The Dating Game... back in 1978, a woman chose a contestant who turned out to be a serial killer, Rodney Alcala. But when they were chatting backstage after the show to get to know each other, she got creeped out and refused to go out with him. Thank God.

It was a running joke during The Sing-Off that Home Free couldn't dance. The other acapella groups did dance moves and even acrobatics. Still Home Free won the contest. The person who does their choreography now worked for The Sing-Off when Home Free were on the show
Home Free's comments on their lack of dancing skills were hilarious and self deprecating. When they were rehearsing for the sing off challenge, Rob was a hoot when a member of the other group suggested Rob move like a mermaid for the skit.
I loved Tim's head in his hands when the dance section was announced.
Tim probably either wrote/co-wrote/arranged most of your favourites.

I think the host and the dating candidate are actually really married to each other if I'm not mistaken, so she probably picked the right man. Lol

Each of the contestants has their own suit made of red flags.
Tim is too invested in being "the cool one" as well as willing to cheat to win at least twice.
Hippie would never take any of your concerns seriously, because he never takes anything serious.
Gunshow is too focused on his muscles to give anything else any thought. Good for a night, not a life.
Rob's character is going to be a lot of complications, dealing with kids and ex wives, and not knowing what caused to two previous divorces, or if the kids all live with him or not.
And poor Chance, doesn't seem to have a splinter of spine, you are getting someone with no life experience at all, who you are going to need to teach how to be an independent adult, or do everything for.

Sir, you're so busy "rocking out " that you miss half of what their doing on screen. Seriously.
I’ve mentioned to you in my comments before that you are my favorite reacter to Home Free. But not for this one. I’d prefer a truly blind reaction from you. Your often joyful and funny take on “the boys” was so enjoyable to watch. In contrast, THIS reaction was laced with indicators that you had seen the video already (knowing that there would be contestant profiles and where in the video they’d be located) and was missing the authenticity of how you'd normally respond (such as Tim’s sternest and Austin’s extremely long hair) just to give a few examples. I’d much rather see your genuine FIRST reaction. Of course, I could be totally wrong. If so, I apologize in advance.
