I remember struggling when i was young with this puzzle. I think it might be one of the first pc games where I looked up a walkthrough. Eventually I figured out that one down arrow pipe and all was well, but as a kid, trial and error is your best friend with games like this.
Learning made entertaining, engaging, adventurous!👌 Two subject that should always, MUST be intertwined! Reminds me of another Organization I know 🤗 Aside from that the espionage induced thriller series, further emphasizes good always triumphing over evil!
I love that you posted these! I'm using them with my son who loves history class! Sadly there are a few videos where the video quality is so poor, you can't read the questions at the bottom or the captions.

After Helping Maximus fix the Roman Water System, Danny and Ivan Were Able to find all three pieces of Carmen’s Note and track down Dr. Belljar who was responsible for the Water System going out of Whack. Thanks to their efforts, Indoor plumbing will still exist in the Future. And with that Danny Throws Dr. Belljar in the Slammer and sets out for his next Mission. But not before getting promoted to Acme Time Scout.
Like the first case, I had fun messing around in this one by putting pipes in the wrong places and having bad water come out the tub to disgust Justinian! XD Using curved pipes may not be obvious at first, but they work in order to direct bad water to the trough. I learned some Latin from this with the words for fountain and toilet. This is also the first case where someone hands you a piece of the Carmen note.
So that old man didn't seem too upset that fecal matter was dumped into his tub before clean water. Not to mention that fecal matter was pouring out of the fountain too. Very tolerant people back then. lol
Wouldn't it have completely stunk if you had fecal matter and other waste flowing through the same pipes that drinking and bathing water came out of? And you changed two pipes? Two pipes that were straight on... Wow the game was very anal at that part.

As a very naughty kid, I thoroughly enjoyed pumping up latrine water to the Baths and fountain.
I remember playing this Level and always messing up on putting the Pipes together also
In the end, Dr.Belljar will end up paying the Piper in the prison 😆

I tried to run an emulator with this one and it did not work! It would not even open!
