Jumping minnow is a killer! Close second would be a Heddon Zara spook the larger saltwater version would also be on my list when it comes to similar sized topwater. Something about the Rebel JM tho it just works so dang well.

Ironic thing is most lures fished in saltwater are just modified freshwater lures to a degree. Like the Danny plug that you swim on top is a new(er) idea off a wake bait lure from freshwater.
