    Pistachio mug cake recipe:
    1 tbsp butter (melted)
    2 tbsp sweetener (or sugar if not on keto)
    1 tbsp coconut flour
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 egg
    2 drops of green food colour
    1/4 tsp pistachio extract amzn.to/3IneUeN
    1 tbsp pistachios (crushed)
    1. Mix all of the ingredients (butter, sweetener, coconut flour, baking powder, egg, green food colouring, and pistachio extract) in a small bowl until combined.
    2. Crush pistachios and fold them into the green mug cake mixture. Reserve a little bit for the topping.
    3. Pour the mug cake mixture into a microwave-safe mug that’s been greased or sprayed with oil and microwave for 60 seconds.
    4.Take the mug cake out of the microwave and let it cool for 10 minutes.
    5. Top with a keto whipped cream and some extra crushed pistachios. Enjoy!

    I don't have pistachio extract, what can I use instead? I want to make for St patricks day??

      Vanilla extract could work too I’m guessing 😊 as long as you use green food coloring it can work for St. Patrick’s day
