If you look up ANY T-pain song, THAT is auto-tune.
If you look up My Only One, by Kanye West, that is also auto-tune.
This, however is not auto-tune.
"Why doesn't he just use his camera?"
-.- Because, he is going for professionalism. He wants to sound professional and be taken seriously, so he professionally records it and adds doubles and harmonies. That isn't auto-tune guys. Every song ever that you hear on the radio has been professionally touched to make it sound nice and clean.
Megan Ft.UkuLilly Kanye West doesn't use auto tune. Don't falsely accuse him, you should know that Kanye West uses "Techno". Just listen to the Grammy performance, it's the same.

sometimes auto tune isn't obvious to the listener. a slight tweek on the auto tune settings can change ur voice a lot. but it doesn't necessarily have to sound like it's auto tuned
okay it honestly pisses me off when people say that Sam uses autotune. Why can't everyone just understand that he's simply just an amazing singer?
Why not ask him sing without mic , simple phone camera to record.

I don't have to ask him, because I can trust the fact that he's simply just a good singer. People that had to look into it and see if he was using auto tune bc he was that good are the people that need to get questioned. Not arguing, just stating my opinion x
Doesn't he perform live as well? I'm not sure because I don't really know how auto tune really works but doesn't that prove that he's a good singer even without the so-called auto tune?
AzureXGold Not that I think he's using autotune (there are other techniques of fixing up vocal irregularities in post-preduction, and they don't mean that the singer is untalented or unskilled), but T-Pain uses a live autotune mic when he performs, so the technology exists. That being said, Sam is a brilliant singer, with or without post-production editing.
Kiera Williams many excellent singers use autotune or some other form of audio post-process.
