PMI's course is a premium course for organizations/company's etc. and hence is not cost effective for individuals.

Sir i have a question. I have 14 years experience as a civil project engineer, and i have managed site wide job like planning the activities, executing site jobs, monitoring and controling quality but i have no experience in creating project charter, scope, cost estimation, risk analysis etc etc. Can i apply for PMP ?
