Hi Junaid. Many congratulations on passing the PMP Exam! It's good to know that you really took this important learning into consdieration during your prep...and the result is in front of now now :) Wish you all the very best for your career ahead.
Dear Niloptal San, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful mock test in UDEMY with explanations against all questions with UA-cam link of lectures for further clarification ( e.g. Change management tree diagram, servant leader, EVM etc.) that have helped me to clear my PMP 2024 in first attempt on this great day of India's 75th independence day. One more point in all of your mock test I have consistently scored below marks but in actual it's 3AT. Reason - the main challenge in PMP is time constraints and lengthy situational questions, I have tried to maintain timeline from very starting of exam and have achieved it. Thanks and many thanks. I would like to tell PMP aspirants that failing in mock test is good opportunity to learn and correct yourself for mains....
Hi Nilotpal, really helpful videos. I have to ask, is simplilearn mock exams are enough to prepare for the actual test? are they par compared to the practice tests by you?
I passed PMP exam this week with AT/AT/AT. Before I scored in study hall 2 long tests 79% and 77%. I had many questions on exam almost same from study hall.
All of these things in this video.... It's true! I never got more than 80% but I checked all of my mistakes, finding the knowledge gap and log it. I can say that I feel like I am not ready because I heard many people said that it should be more than 80%. However, I trust in my quality of review. I can pass PMP exam at first attempt.
That's what I was getting as well. However I was getting 85-89% on Prepcast. I past all 3 above target. Study hall was WAY harder than anything else I wrote or practiced on. SIGNIFICANTLY harder. By a landslide

@@PMPwithRay Awesome thank you! Do you have any mock simulator for me to try for CAPM? And do you have any videos related for formulas in CAPM? Especially for cost management? Im having headache trying to understand the formulas

If you have cleared CAPM in your 2nd year Engineering....you have a great career ahead Sai :) Yes, this will definitely help you in your final placements. Just update your CV accordingly & speak about it in the interview.
Hi Ray, I took the PMP exam yesterday and failed. I’m so discouraged and do not wish to take it again. Question: Is the Prince2 Practitioner certification just as recognized as PMP? What is the difference between the 2?
Hi Jeanine, I made a video on my UA-cam channel a while ago which talks about the PMP vs. the PRINCE2 exam and when you should choose amongst the two. Please watch it here: ua-cam.com/video/gx0bgFx9WW4/v-deo.html PRINCE2 will only make sense if you are UK/EU based, else it’s always PMP as default choice. Also, please note that if an exam is easy, the value of it decreases in the industry comparatively. Thanks, Ray
Yes, CAPM can be an option for now. It’s much easier than PMP and you will cruise through the exam quite smoothly since you have already prepared for PMP. However, please note that CAPM is an entry-level PM certification. So, it depends on what stage of your project management career you are in. On another note, I would not recommend you to settle for any less than PMP since you already meet the eligibility criteria of the exam and you can have 2 more attempts within the next 365 days. So, please take a few weeks break and start afresh. I feel that settling for a ‘easier’ exam just because you didn’t pass on your first try is not a sensible option to go with. Look at PMP as an investment to your career for long term rather than just a certification. You don’t want to settle for an easy investment and don’t see returns in long term…
I failed as I felled short of time n had to let more than 30 ques unanswered. I started having doubts when I completed first 60 questions in more than 100 min, I think This happened in first week of June. I am yet to muster up courage to reappear though I have paid for re-exam. I am not a person to blindly select / mark answers option, you see. I spent far too much time on each ques as a) I am slow reader as is, b) questions were quite verbose n c) language framing was cryptic n I ended up reading twice at least to understand the question d) answer options were lengthier / verbose too e) drag n drop format - had format wherein left side when dropped onto right side, it disappeared.. f) pen n paper would have been better instead of laminated sheet n marker g) countdown was unexpected, I had mock tests with count up Had given five mocks with last three scores above 70% Pmp study per se, I find it easy though.maths problems being simplest Just don’t know how to work on n improve timing Also I am apprehensive about that review as I don’t know what to expect then Also, going forward n backward in section wastes precious few seconds
Hi. I am sorry to hear about your results. However, please acknowledge the fact that the PMP exam is a tough exam and such kind of scenarios are not uncommon with exam aspirants. Anyways, there had been something quite fundamental missing in your preparation. Please try to figure out what it is before you plan your next attempt!
Hi. You can apply for entry level PM jobs based on your completed Coursera certificates, but I am afraid that coursera certifications does not hold much value in the job market since it's very easy to obtain those.
@@PMPwithRay coursera is from Google so I thought it's valuable also can you suggest which one I have to choose for certification? Thanks for letting me know
Hi, just because it’s from Google doesn’t make it valuable. Same as all courses provided by Harvard Business School (esp. the remote/open university ones) are of no value at all in the industry. You have to understand if it’s easy & anyone in the industry can do it, why would the recruiters give importance to that certification? How do you write a mock? If I take a mock exam and create an error log and review and analyze the questions is that creating a mock?
Yes, that's how you should do it. Write the mock in a timed manner first & then do your analysis.
