This has nothing to do with the video but I'm currently sitting on the side of the road with a flat tire. Someone bring me Phil's gut so I can air this tire back up.

LOL that is just a masterpiece of joke
lol
Buble gut bonanza buble buble buble gut
Phil's gutt is our new Mr Olympia
Still better than Jeff Seid Olympia ranking
How to people actually think you "hate" anyone? You're THE most fair and impartial critic of bodybuilding today.
Keep doing what you're doing. This is THE best bodybuilding channel on UA-cam.
His legs weren't looking great, quite small but well toned. His chest wasn't great either tbf but overall his whole physique is impressive, for a 52 year old man, not Olympia impressive but for his age yes.
cppb9500 to many 52 year olds look like this. In fact, not many people in general do not.
He was Impressive still for any age, just saying forget about pro bodybuilding for a minute.. How many guys in their 20's and 30's lifting on a regular basis and still can't even put together a build like the 52 year old Wheeler has
Dexter Jackson will be the same Blade in age 52 :D ( i wish)
cppb9500 Flex probably didn't even weigh 200.
taoist40 Too many double negatives in your statement to make any sense of it.
Atleast no bubble gut bonanza like Phil the Gut Heath
At least he didn't have a bubblegut.
PhotoVRF that's why he didn't place good buddy
He looks better than Phil Heath imo
PhotoVRF Yeah man, you gotta give him that!
Hype for Olympia is hard when a pregnant man won it this year. I hope the delivery goes well and the baby thrives.
We'll Flex is 52 he's not 22 or even 32. He looked real good for his age. Decent for Olympia
The arms are still a thing of beauty. His peak physique was unbelievable back in the 90s. Props to him for the comeback after major illness. Great vid as ever Nick
Nick i want to hear u say bubblegut
bubble bubble gut, _bubble bubble gut_
heat heat Phil heat heat heat Phil heat heat heat Phil heat heat heat Phil heat
Mmmm Mmm he said it already
Tasos Stamadianos Heeeeey Girl drop it down let me see it touuch the grouund
gubblebutt, gubblebutt, gobble butt,
Flex looks great for 52years old keep up the good work BRO ...
This man is a boss he can teach many of us I've never met anyone who's body been through so much pain & surgeries look this great. He should have place in the top 10.
For reference on front double bicep 0:20 seconds
I'm 50 and my legs are GONE, they were my best body part.
They dissolved a couple years ago, just like that. :-(
Eric Petersen yah Lui says they always fade with age, no matter what you do, even dudes that stay on hard cycles still lose quad size after 45 it seems.
Sorry:(
Eric Petersen scarey statment.i a
m not that far.
Alex Martin-Schael the same with me ,46 ,legs smaller, arms great ,dorsal start to shrink, chest start to come down,a little, but enough to make me think that glory days are gone ,but hey ,i m healthy 😉👍
I'm 54 now , 5'10" , 225 pounds , no drugs for live , no supplement , and my legs measure still 28,5 inch , no reduce in chest , calf , arms , back and forearms . I don't understand this statment !
I love to watch your videos before i go to sleep because your voice is sooo relaxing. Good content as always, keep up the good work.
Thanks for the coverage on the Olympia. Really enjoy the videos bro. Looking forward to your next online competition. Currently training for it! Best wishes.
Your honesty is one of a kind . Always keeping it real !
Tummy I think is scar tissue from one of his many ops.
Considering what he's been thru, the man came out a giant
Great job flex, you did great, I'm just happy to see you out there again, and with the tiny amount of time you had to prepare.
I love how you were never off in your predictions for this year's Olympia, Nick.
This is why I love ya Nick. You are objective and tell it how it is.
Never change mate.
I really appreciate that you’re not bias it makes it easier to talk about the sport
wow he looked even better than I expected. good look Flex
Hi guys. Truly commendable Flex achieved what he did at the age he is and the time frame he took to reach this outcome. Whatever be his placing, salute. definitely want to see him next year.
Nick, you shouldn't care if people judge you. You are doing a wonderful job. Your predictions and views in the details you observe, not everyone can. I agree to your opinion on Flex's leg development video, they looked great as shredded, but not proportionate to his top. So is true for his calves. I say so coz I too have poor legs compared to my upper body and I simply saw that lack in his video.
Overall, very well covered Nick. All said n done, Salute to Flex. He's an inspiration. Cheers
We appreciate your honesty, Nick!
He did his best we all get old but still hands down he looks good. Thanks for the video
I am so proud of Flex.. at 52.. he is a winner... I agree with what you are saying about his body.. but who cares.. he is representing all of us old guys...and is such a role model... Nick... like your vids.. respect you... and I never thought you were hating on Flex...
I never once thought that you were hating on Flex, But rather just making realistic and obvious predictions. I don't think that Flex is currently using any type of oil or SEO in his biceps, But I do think that back in his years of competitive competition he may have abused some of the things in his biceps. What I think we are seeing now is leftover scar tissue build up or dormant oils left behind from his competitive years. Overall his physique was nothing short of amazing and astonishing considering his injury history and his age. I salute you Nick, Keep up the good work with these videos !
Flex looks absolutely great! The man look a whole lot better than I do or ever have.
You keep doing you Nick, great videos. People talk shit but still end up watching your vids. You're not hating, just giving your opinion. Some can't handle the honest truth.
Nick, some of that 'blurry' bit you're mentioning on low abs is loose skin. Flex definitely has it, as do most 50+ guys who laid off for 'any' amount of time and got fat. You can do it when you're in your 20s, but not 40s or 50s. Even Zane had this when he peaked in his 60s (still looked incredible, but his abs were covered by loose skin.)
Did someone forget Albert Beckles?
53 when he competed in the 82' Olympia and made top 10 and would blow most modern-aged BodyBuilders Away!
Age aint NOTHIN' in this Game!!!
Flex had disease that's why he retired. he lost his kidney and had 9 surgeries and he had kidney transplant and he in medications for long time. lost his money and his wife left him when his situation get worst. so!! alot of respect to Flex wheeler, he's legend to stand on stage after all that!
Great job thank you so much Nick flex is one of the best of all times. Hands down cases closed. Thanks for the video.
The predictions of yours were perfect! The arms are very suspicious.
But lot of respect for him to have the courage to come on stage after all what happened. Good condition and still a beautiful line. A great champion and a great example.
Big respect to flex and also you NIck. Appreciate your objective opinions and videos
He looks incredible after all he's been through. His comeback wasn't about being competitive it was about saying goodbye and being a beacon of hope for those in trouble
IDK how anyone could even hate Flex Wheeler. His speech was great, choked me up a bit.
I salute this guy for his efforts and hard work
he looked amazing. Look at the biceps and the triceps sweep. The legs are aesthetic and not small at all. Looks shredded. More impressed with him than with Kevin Levrone last year
You dont have to explain yourself nick all your videos are legit brotha 👍👍
I agree with your opinion like 90% of the time, good down to earth view, very rational and logical.
Nick,
You are one of the best authorities on BB.
Great job
How to watch nicks videos, click like then watch✌
These older guys got nothing to prove because they smashed in their prime they are all legends just keep on pumping
Hat's off to you brother! I'm 54, stay fit & keep inspiring the next generation.
You were on point in your critique. Good job.
But he did have major surgery. And he's old as shit. Scarring in the abs
Good vid with an honest critique.
He made an amazing recovery mind wise. Respect.
Flex looks great!! He is truly an inspiration.
I respect Flex also, but where did his calves go?
Good question lol
John Ganshow South
John Ganshow I was thinking the same about his forearma
No synthol. He admitted to using it in his calves when he competed in the 90's.
Implants taken out?
I'm 50 years old, haven't looked at pics of Flex from back in the day for a long time. But he's a great inspiration for me. That being said I recall that Flex had an 8 pack, which he no longer has. Which would explain the puffiness in his lower and. Another thing that I noticed was that his forearms and calves now look like baseball bats. Great video Nick. I'm not dogging on the guy either. He's an experienced professional. He had to have made these same observations.
he looks fucking amazing for his age and the shit he deals with these days... absolute legend
if flex looked like how he did in 92/93 he would have SMOKED the competition
Ethan MJ thx captain obvious
If my grandma had a dick she wouldn't need my grandpa...
Good physique for his age. Kudos for him having the determination to get up on stage.
Amazing how honesty gets turned to hate. People are not used to hearing the truth and that's sad. Kudos to you Nick for keeping it real. Still much respect to Flex. Still a great accomplishment. Father time is undefeated.
I think Flex looks great for a 52 year old bodybuilder and think he has a lot guts to come back and compete against a bunch of guys who are much younger. In the end though it proves two things. Number one is that you can get in amazing shape at any age and that is surely something that Flex can be proud of, but secondly is the fact that younger athletes training just as hard are going to be extremely hard to beat. That’s reality. I don’t know if Flex meant to do this or not, it’s probably just his competitive nature, but he’s also proven that bodybuilding and looking one’s best isn’t just something for the young. That’s cool. Thanks, Flex
Flex is a living Legend!
I love it because what Flex did was a lot even though he didn't place well he got to be able to say goodbye to his fans
GIO10-13 i
It was very nice
Flex Wheeler is a Legend and he freaking looked amazing! #muchloveFlex
The most classic physique bodybuilder Flexxx
All ways a fan of flex my generation but need some work on calves....glad to have you back I know next year you will dominate go flex
Much respect to Flex. Now I'm waiting for you to release a video talking about Chris Bumstead Nick!
Nick, there is no question that you are a good guy, all you did was make OBSERVATIONS.
Your 100% on the money. Great guy, great speech and great effort but without question he's got SEO
Oh boy those calfs no wonder they weren't shown. Was cool to see him do it though.
Flex WAS AMAZING..AMAZING.
They should bring back the Master Mr. Olympia for these guys. I think that would spark interest. Announce it now and have it in two years. Give all these guys a chance to go for it. 50 and up.
I wouldn’t listen to those player haters (haters as they call them) you gave your honest opinion!
very impressive for age 52, legend.
Awesome speech
Good video dude!!
hey Nick behind you 100% buddy you weren't hating at all I didn't think you were just giving your opinion and not only that but people got understand it's too Mr Olympia it's the Super Bowl of competition and fitness to you have to bring your A game Flex did give an awesome speech at the end it was truly touching
flex will be working out in the park in no time
Love ya Nick keep doing you!
This fine man is a winner by me! 🏆
I'm late but I know being a kidney transplant recipient myself that lower lump on his abs is actually where his kidney transplant is located as well as mine. It's so hard to train abs with a transplant..They even tell you not to do crunches or situps at all that it might hurt the kidney.. So big ups to Flex to train his abs the way he did..👍
Come on man!!! Age 51 dude he looks great for his age and it shows that at age 51 you can do whatever you set your mind to do. A true legend and my respects to flex his presence alone on stage was a big boost for the sport
52 years old impressive!! Take a good look in Albert beckles
Flex looked fantastic!!
Damn hot wheels
:59. He's diced and while he doesn't look like his former self, it's still impressive. He mentioned the main reason he came back to the stage was to formally say goodbye to his fans and see what he could do. Mission accomplished with a lot of class and a good footnote on his career.
Classics brought something to watch for...
Let it go flex.....you are tarnishing you legacy
despite lack luster comeback flex is still a legend.
He's almost 52 years old.... Respect for flex 👍👍💪
Love the new intro
Can't watch the video without liking it first!
Flex has had a kidney transplant and most of the people I know who have got kidney issues have a life like hell, 6-8 tablets every 3-4 hours and also visiting doctors regularly to avoid any infections that could happen due to the medications. Also this guy is like 52, so it is twice as difficult for him. But still he came back and went the distance. Maybe not his best package that he had in his prime, but definitely commendable for a veteran who competed against some of the strongest lineups in the bodybuilding history.
Love and Respect for Flex Wheeler !!!
You don't have to keep defending yourself Nick. Haters call other people haters, that's just the way it is. Your fans stand by what you're doing, so keep it up!
True legend
He looks great!
Does t matter what he looked like, biggest point is at that age he came in Better shape than 95% of people his age...kudos to him for even competing after all hes been throw...walking legend.
Can you do a video on Stan rhino Efferding one of Flexs friends I think he is 49 and still very big and ripped and a beast, keep up the great videos Nick
You're just keeping it real and I respect that even if it's somebody you really like you don't sugar coat it and that's a good thing...PS flex has always used oil in his muscles I.e delts, biceps and calves and maybe others.
Nick great stuff new fan!
Flex is a legend
Much props to Flex!!
I agree But at 52 Flex looks great I watched a video on his struggles with a kidney transplant and just to train and compete is outstanding And Nick I like your straight forward observstions
Respect for flex
