my driving test is tomorrow, ill let you know if i pass. This video will be the sole reason if i do. Update: I passed!! These videos were life savers!!! Good luck to everyone!
1:30 this is just for myself. I need to show this to my mom. I have been driving for 2 months now and it's really going well. But when it comes to parking a car. I am to close to my side. Maybe thanks to this video, I will be able to do it. You're the first one who actually shows the motion of the steering wheel. That's like the important moment. It's very hard to know when exactly to steer, but maybe it'll be more easy now. Thank you!
I’ve had my license for 10 months now and I avoid parking next to cars at all costs. now that we’re going back to school I’ll be parking there and I’m finally gonna have to learn how. I normally just pull through spots.
@@joelreinhart5041 don't be. It's easy. Especially now that the examiner isn't supposed to be in the car. You would just be tested on your parking skills. Forward parking, reverse parking and 3 point turning. Just make sure you finish in 3 minutes and don't hit any cones. I failed the 3 point turning in my first try because I finished 20 seconds after the timer went off
this is by far the best bay parking instructions I’ve ever seen!! I’ve been searching for exactly this for a ling time after I had a mare trying to park between two cars in the supermarket carpark.thank you so much for this video👍
I just started learning how to drive,,, and am doing great... My teacher recommended I should check parking tutorials on UA-cam and I landed here Your explanation is awesome and easy to understand
I’ve been driving for 5 years already. I suck @ parking like this. I’m better with reverse since I trained myself to park in reverse as always. But that’s not the case everytime. So I need to learn how to do this. Lool😂🙈
I thought I was the only one. I can reverse park even with a trailer attached, and yet I still struggle with normal forward parking. It feels so embarrassing sometimes.
@@JuliusBatali thanks, and will do :) I do it at Quebec and they are super strict for some reason 🥲 last time I got someone who was so rude and didn't even explain anything to me or said hi. Anyways, do you have some tips?
#This person with the illustrations vocals is a Gem 💎... so far have however never come across such an #easy and #understandable #explanation and #illustrations as this. .. He deserve something special .🤦♂️ ✌️
How do you judge distance from the front of your vehicle to know when to need to straighten out if you drive a very tall SUV (such as a 4Runner)? Nearly clipped someone's door because all I can see was the roofline of the sedan to my right from my vehicle. My hood basically covers up any visibility of their bumper or front of the other car.
I usually go to the end of the parking lot whether or not a car a lot of cars around and park where I have no trouble and if I'm not in there getting straight I just back up a little bit straightening up and pull it on in there
I suck so much at perpendicular parking. My driving instructor just didn’t teach me how to do it very well, and all the little tricks he taught me to know when to start moving don’t work with how my car is shaped. He also never taught me how to know where my car is in the parking space without using the little 360° view his vehicle has, so I have no idea how I’m parked or lined up until I get out and look. Hopefully this helps
If the width is not wide enough, it's impossible to do the forward parking without any backing. In this situation, I suppose turning back and forth is unavoidable.
And when you pullout look where the cars are behind you before you get in your car. If the spot right behind you is empty you could back in to it about a quarter of the way then pull out left or right.
i don’t know why, but I’ve never had an issue nosing in to a parking spot. I’ve been able to do it since I got my permit. I do however struggle with reversing into a spot.
I freaking failed my driver's test. Man that shit hurt not going to lie. Imma go and take it again. I used to have driving anxiety until I realized how fun it was to be in control of something like a car.
What if there was no other car before the chosen parking space, what would be the refernce point if there's no headlight from other car to mark the left turn?
i only know how to park in reverse 😭 it’s so much easier for me because i can see with the side mirrors. going forward im completely blind so i turn my headlights on but still i park bad
1 thing I see is that there are guide lines. What if there are no guidelines... just as in poor countries... how do I park my car just right and straight and not crooked
HINT: ALWAYS - "Before" actually backing up, give your horn a short tap to beep the horn to let those know surrounding your vehicle that your now going to back up...the horn alerts others nearby rather than silently just backing up.
@@Rachelxxc FR LMAO? just slowly back up and make sure you’re watching behind you, most people will understand you’re leaving the parking space and if not, just wait for them to pass before continuing
Been driving for 4 years now and I still have major anxiety whenever I have to park between two cars, thank you for this
Me too. 😣
As I can't see the front of my car
It’s good to know . I just passed 5 months ago and my husband screams at me when ever I have to do bay parking between cars.

I really appreciate showing how the steering will be adjusted which many videos don’t and I really need

Thissssssss!! I agreee.. I was struggling with parallel parking and this channel helped 😃

@Valentino Trenton you ain't trying shit
Very well explained
Driving for 2 weeks now on a student permit and parking is still a real challenge for me. Thanks for this!

The thing that no one speaks of is u don't have to go in the 1st try, u can correct the angle by reversing back abit to give u more room and go in.
I really appreciate showing up the steering wheel.
I wish it was this easy, I get so anxious but these videos have been helpful. Thanks
The only video that explains how to park property. Thank you guys🙏

This is the best farwarding bay parking video! Good analysis when adjusting gaps withing the bay.

At least 2 widths of your car?? Not all parking spots have THAT much space! How do you forward park in tight spaces? Is it the same?
If the width is not wide enough, it's impossible to do the forward parking without any backing. In this situation, I suppose turning back and forth is unavoidable.
in that case you'll need to back and correct your car positioning
Can't find your DVD course on Amazon. Can you share the link?
Helpful for teaching teenage girl that knows everything.
Hows is the "back end of the car" in the "middle" of the of the car park space???
it may look easy but actually the maneuver can be challenging on a gated entrance of you wanna put your vehicle inside your garage
And when you pullout look where the cars are behind you before you get in your car. If the spot right behind you is empty you could back in to it about a quarter of the way then pull out left or right.
Parking is harder than driving in the road
