Sana ganyan lahat ng gumagawa ng mga bahay.
Huwag mahiyang mag request ng mga gusto dahil kayo rin ang titira, huwag niyo rin isipin na mag rereklamo yung gumagawa sa dami ng inyong request dahil it's their job, in the end ikaw rin makikinabang.
Eto yung mga gusto kong gumawa ng bahay, one day makapag pagawa rin ako ng sarili kong bahay, etong builders na ito yung pipiliin ko, transparent sa materials, costing and has patience with their clients.

Nice piece of unit. Interiors are well designed too, alluring. Would b perfect if d a space or lot area is doubled comes with T&b for each room. Wondering d total cost.
Seen a couple of ur videos, l must say l love d designs both interior and exteriors. Of course, it's up to ur client but ur expertise that makes d difference.
Given, d chance someday might even engage ur firm to build a bigger bungalow for us.
Btw,l had a developer's licence and operated for 3yrs only, abroad. That's not my career, just a different venture, with a friend but he failed me.
One of d reasons l love watching such blogs, it brings me calmness and appreciate what others or other developers /contractors can showcase their talent and unique designs, many excelled too. To me, designs both external and interior should b left to d experts. Cist may b slightly higher, but ultimate satisfaction is guaranteed for d owner. Cheers

100% based on the total cost of the materials plus the cost of the land.
Plus many other miscellaneous costs, permits , legal fees , contract fees , consultation fees , labor fees , stamp fees , drawing fees , blue print fees , drafting fees, 3D rendering fees , etc etc etc
How much is your profit margin?
Simpre, no answer forthcoming. U can always nego with d builders. Cost depends on location, labor cost, how fast u want it need extra labourers etc and cost of materials, d best quality or grade will cost more.

Then the client will negotiate.
If the profit margin is not the same , then the Builders can SCAM the client .

No doubt about that if d computation is from d same developer /contractor but if its from a different contractor then d computation @profit l doubt would always d same as u aired. From d many videos l have viewed d developer or d original owner who build d mansion for sale always overpriced especially if d mansion /bungalow is above 50m 100m 200m etc. D overpricing could even touched tens of millions. That's absurd isn't but it happened.
Having said that, there are also good, responsible contractors who will quote u decent prices.
