Salute to you guys...you make sure your project is well check every now and then...and not leaving it just to the labor....consistency very good...otherwise maraming mali mangyayari without checking or ocular inspection..
The house is so nice, the design ang the materials used. Worth it for the price. You would see that it was done by professionals. Ocular inspection is a must and not just leave the project to the laborers. Very elegant! I hope I can have one done by your company. In God's time!

This kind of house built is just right for striving family who don’t want to spend most of their savings. Other builders are just ripping off other peoples money specially those who worked/ working overseas thinking they are rich people. Sir keep it up hopefully in future I could build a home for my family and let your company do it.

Ang ganda ng design 3.5 M lang super sulit kz ang daming rooms super na maximize tlaga ung floor area.. sana matulungan nyo din ako saming bahay na nabili what to do sa mga defects 5 yrs plang pero napakarami ng defects like tiles, water proofing , crack walls etc. nakaka inspired manuod ng vlog na ganito..

superb ang design kasi na utilise talaga ang mga spaces, same din ang laki ng lot na papatayuan ko sana ng dreamhouse ko kaso plano pa lang. For a 3.5 mil. php its a value for the money talaga na build.

Maganda design ng bahay. Maganda rin yung pag maximize ng natural light lalo na dun sa kitchen banda. Maganda rin sana kung may maliit na reading area sa 2nd floor or somewhere na pwedeng may upuan or pagkwentuhan. Pwde na saken to kung magpapatayo ako ng bahay, simple lang pero mukhang sulit yung 3.5M. Galing din ni kuya mag tour, detalyado and hndi ako nabored all throughout the video.

Sobrang nice na sobrang confident si NovCon sa quality ng work nila. Sobrang nakakatuwa. Unlike yung contractor na nakuha ng family ng bf ko, sobrang nakakalungkot, 120-140sqm house with pool, cost 4.5M and wala naman masyadong architectural features, plain lang, ongoing pa ngayon, mag’1 year na sya this month, and wala namang tigil trabaho. Sobrang sayang kasi dream house na sana nila yon and ginawa nalang rental place para kahit papano may income parin, tas nagtitiis sila magrent parin ng tirahan nila while yung mama nila na 60 y.o. di parin nagreretire magwork sa Japan para lang makayanan yung gastos at mga additionals ni contractor 😭😢 Even yung quality of work waley talaga 😭 tiles, walls, mga abang kulang-kulang, ginagawang barracks yung place ng mga tauhan from other projects kahit 4-5 lang naman nagwowork dun, nagiging 12 sila sa gabi, tas nagtanong kami sa professionals if okay safe yung pool, and ni isa wala man lang nagsabi na okay yung gawa, as in bound to fail, mali. Sobrang nakakalungkot. I hope novcon continuously deliver safe and quality homes to their clients, kasi sa likod ng mga konkretong bahay, taong pagsusumikap at pangangarap.

same as my experiemce po..sobra nkakaiyak..ginawa saken contactor inwan house ko.bare na bare at wala sa ayos paggawa..mali mali..wala plan na tulad ng usapan nmin..in short, manloloko natagpuan ko.contractor...so.sad na dream house ko din po sna..pero nagkaloko loko..taz inubos nila pera ko..
Ako rin ung mga tiles sa cr puro palpak at ung mga kuryente wlang switch sa cr pati na gate ay nku mka karma ung gumawa kc tinipid lhat palpak sa mdaling salita 150 sqm din ung lot ko sa citation homes by Filinvest sayang npunta ko sa contractor at architech n wlng Licence 🥲🥲🥲
As a tech entreprenuer this is the field im focusing on next, im thinking some sort of platform where people can find builders, with feedback, see their work and get easy quotes from builders or better yet, posted pictures of projects like this with a price already offered eg in this instance, pictures of this build with a price tag of 3.5 million, build duration and several other critical infos.
Same idea in the process of looking for a tech company or associate with app development capability to do collab, my background is project management.

Maganda ang house. Medyo hindi lang visually pleasing tingnan yung downlight sa taas ng main door. Mas okay siguro kung recessed pin light or wall lamps on either side ng main door.

the only things i noticed lang that's kinda weird for me are
- the sliding doors with direct access from the carport to the master's bedroom, and
- the bathroom in the guest room has a shower but not in the house's main bathroom/comfort room

Simple and elegant! This is my first time to watch you video and I am amazed on how beautiful the house. Every detail was considered from the natural light at sa sloping of the roof deck. Legit na company.. Dami q na gawaan na naloko ng kontraktor hindi tinapos ang trabaho iniwan ng kontraktor yung iba sumobra pa sa budget.
Maganda nag bahay at maayos pinag isipan tlg! Dagdag ko Lang sa drain water dapat Meron siyang tinatawag na cover drain para yun mga hair at mga maliliit n pwede maka BAra ay masasala at hindi bumara.. kasi maliit yun butas.. so dpat Meron nun..
