- Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, shredded a copy of the United Nations Charter at the General Assembly in protest over a vote to give additional rights to Palestine. A video of Erdan using a miniature shredder to destroy a copy of the charter, the foundational treaty of the United Nations, has gone viral.

Could never understand the hatred shown towards jews during WW2 , I fully understand now .
It’s was very disrespectful by this guy to straid the un charter right in the eyes of the whole world body, who unfortunately chose country for them inside Palestinian territory . He should apologize to this body in front of this who still support them .
It is time for the UN to reinforce the two state solution. Recognise all the areas that should be Palestinians as per the earlier agreements between Palestinians and Israelis.
