Why use 28:4 instead of 10:1?

The amount of curing agent modifies how hard the final film is. So, if you add more curing agent, your end product will be less elastic, more rigid

hello mam, i am trying to pattern silver ink on pdms. but as the surface of pdms is hydrophobic the ink does not rest over it. is there any simple way to make the surface hydrophilic or adhesive to silver ink. please reply mam.
