I don't understand why there is a talk about exempted and unexempted.Pension deduction part is going to the Regional PF Commisioners office in both cases.
A textile bussiness have a two unit; Old unit and new unit.. but pf deducted from salary in new unit only.. is it correct for not deducting pf from salary in old unit.. pls reply

Sir,Mere father ka death sep 1996 mein hua wo coal India ke anusangi BCCL mein the per hamari Mother ko pension nahi milti sirf widow pension 320/ milti hai Kiya hamari Mother ko bhi increse pension mil sakta hai.

में पी एस यू में 1973 से कार्यरत था।उस समय उक्त बिभाग में सरकार की तरह पेंशन स्कीम थी,जिससे कई इम्प्लॉइज सरकारी नोकरी छोड़ कर उक्त बिभाग में सर्बिष करने आए। पेंशन स्कीम में उनका फण्ड कटता था बाद में पेंशन स्कीम लगभग बर्ष 1976 में समाप्त की गई C P F स्कीम लागू की गई।इम्प्लॉइजो का पेंशन फण्ड में जो रकम जमा हुई थी को उन्हें वापस लौटाया गया।
बर्ष 1995 में EPFO की पेंशन स्कीम आई।
जिसके अनुसार 58 साल की उम्र,10 साल की पैंशनेबुल सर्बिष का होना अनिवार्य कर दिया जिसके परिणामस्वरूप लगभग 32 बर्षों की सर्बिष करने के उपरांत इम्प्लॉइज को खाली हाथ ,बिना पेंशन के घर जाना पड़ा।जिन इम्प्लॉइजों पर 10 साल की पेंशन मिली उन्हें 22 साल की सर्बिष का कोई लाभ नही मिला।यहां तक कि उनको अभीतक 2 साल का भी लाभ से बंचित रखा गया।

Mujhe bhi hayer pension chahiye kaise hoga ye kaam.
I was applying for ABVYK for last 2months under ESIC.That means from 1/8/2020 to 30/10/2020.But ESIC DEPT refuse to pay the amount under this scheme. They told me that they are not able to receive any notification from the Govt about this scheme. Even they told me that they have totally no idea about this scheme.

I need help in getting my Pension.
I have worked for below number of years in various companies:
Company 1- 16yrs
Company 2 - 7yrs
Company 3- 3 yrs
Company 4- 1 yr
Company 5- 1 yr
Company 6 - 5 yrs.
Kindly indicate the process for getting this pension.
Further my age was at the time of retirement 54 years and normal retirement in ONGC is 58 years so I have paid due contribution for 4 years Rs.2,54,314/-in including interest.My basic salary was more than 15,000/-Rupees and more than 5,000/-Rupees.It is for your information please Rishabh ji for EPS 95 pension calculation. It is very painful to me that My pension fixed Rs.1383/-Rupees per month from 1/1/2008(instead of 1/1/2004) by EPFO,Akota, Vadodara.
