I made beef neck bone stew today, lots of carrots, red wine, rosemary, garlic. Cooked for hours. Smells so good. I'll make polenta to. Love fried cabbage, I like to season it with a little brown sugar. Some people fry some sliced apples too. Karla in Cali.

Don't know yet what's for tonight. Tomorrow night we have a free dinner at a Bistro. A funeral wanting to see us stuff. We've been there before, last time I got grilled salmon.

Fried cauliflower is yum, cauliflower dipped in beaten egg and then put in pkt bread crumbs then fry it. I think your supposed to cook the cauliflower a tad before you dip it in egg etc but I don't. Some people slice the cauliflower from one side to the other like as big as you hand and 1/4 to 1/2 thick then do the dipping process. I love fried cabbage, your meal looks yummy 😊

I do my cabbage the same way, but sometimes I put link sausage in it. I also make a pan of cornbread. Looks great brother.

TFS Dale.I have heard of hot dogs and sauerkraut,but I never heard of fried cabbage,and hot dogs.I just got home tonight.I was gone for a few days,so I have missed some videos.I think some cornbread would be good,with the fried cabbage,and hot dogs.

don't worry. you can go semi keeto . just droping most bad carbs is good. soda pasta,,rice. don't have to be perfect. just in the right direction is good. don't beat your self . up. i had septic shock just like you and your tooth a month ago. half of the people. die and another half in another three months. so don't worry . you still alive. i am carnivore now. omg my feet were swelling up like baloons. i couldn't sit in even a chair. much like you. just as long as you going in teh right direction friend

Hello, yes you are right. Eating hot dogs are so bad for you. Lots of sodium and other stuff that is so horrid for your cholesterol and health. Dale is eating those pork and chicken hot dogs I think. Sausages are bad for your health too. I eat Alaskan Salmon, fish, vegetables like broccoli 🥦 etc. and fruit, cottage cheese.
