- Hello Sub2club
Meet Nic Romano.
Nic has been trying to build the most budget friendly (Sub2 capable) track car for buttonwillow. He chose 2007 mustang as a base, and has been documenting his journey. Our interview captures the thought process and the modifications of this journey. Nic and his girlfriend are currently building a Suzuki Cappuccino for some track day fun. We will meet them in the future and see what they are upto!

This dude is wayy cool. Cool Mustang!
Thank you and yes!
I’m building a 3v mustang myself, this is a great inspiration!
i love this feedback! Hope yours comes out great as well!
I'm definitely gonna use this guy as an inspiration for my own build, awesome stuff!!!
I'm doing this car control clinic at willow Dec 15, sub2 here I come!
Legend 🙌
😍
Love this guys energy! The fact that he took that fat pig of a car with arguably the worst factory brake setup ive every driven on a V8 "sports car" and went sub2 is super motivating to focus less on modding and more on improving driver skill. Looks like i need to sign up for his class 😮
For sure! Thank you watching and leaving a comment!
Forward thinking
did you know exactly what radiator he's running? I'm guessing an SVE at that price point but I'm curious. Just upgraded to a GT500 fan but def want to get a bigger rad before running another track day, last time my car got HOT lol
Sorry I do not.. and not sure if $230 was pre-covid price.. did you try summit?
yeahhh I wondered, looks like the median price is $400 for 2-3 row rads. Just was curious@@Sub2club
I’ll give you $10k for it and then I win right? 😂😂😂
Hahaha
