:) You enabler you! :) One o my viewers said she wished they would make one handle gizmo with interchangeable heads. I think that would be a great idea! But I do like the look of the various handle colors, too!
I love the way you compared and presented each one of them. They are amazing tools to have in anyone's craft room but definitely a considerable purchase. Thanks again.
OMG What a Spectacular Presentation of the WRMK Corned Chompers!! I LOVE these guys and can’t wait to get the ones I don’t have I use them almost on every layout!! love the way you demonstrated how they work and shared the different cut on each one!! GREAT JOB!!!! YOU SO ROCK!! JoanSmith
She always gets me to spend money too!! LOL. I have the two with the blue handles. Was looking at the Photo/Angle one. Wish they made the cloud with the deco instead of duplicating what I already have!! TFS!!
Oh cool love my corner Chompers I like smaller corners and the photo corners I think I have cream, aqua and yellow handles The stud and deco are cool as well I have had all mine a long time got them from Tuesday Mornings I think they are all still in the packages.
Thanks for sharing Lolly! It was nice to see a side by side comparison! I have the normal corner punch one and the scallop/stub one. I saw these and wondered what the difference was as the images didn't really show. Might have to invest in some! Thanks!
The photo chomper is great because if you take out of it what has been "chomped" off, it is a perfect picture corner that you can add on to embellish as well.😀
I love mine! I wasn't able to get any until WRMK rereleased them last year. I got the photo/angle and the scallop/stub. I did additionally get the one with both sizes of angles but I couldn't really see myself using it so returned it. Oh and I have the original corner rounder. I love them all. It makes such a lovely difference to my pages and projects. I balked at getting them at first, but I tried a few cheaper corner punches and they just did not work. They always did a sloppy job and would never evenly round the corners for me no matter the weight of the paper or card. So I went for it, and it was a total game changer for me. Made a simple task simple again instead of a giant hassle. That convinced me to get the other punches and they all work great.
NEW WRMK corner chompers???? They are going to the top of the Christmas list....if I can wait that long. Lolly I am going to copy your sample idea. Everytime I go to used Deco/Stub I have to do a sample because I can not recall which cut goes with which name. Thanks for the video.
I think the only one that is new is the stub/scallop which duplicates punches from the others. I am glad to see them bring a few back. I really wanted that cloud/scallop but by the time I was aware of the chompers they had retired that one. I also need the photo/angle. I have all the others in my collection already.
Lolly, these aren't new, I've had them for years, there are just bring them back. The stopped making a few of them years ago...I think one is new... LOVE THEM...thanks for the update.
@@LollyPalooza They used to be in AC Moore. I guess they didn't sell well so the only ones they kept were the regular corner chomper and later they came out with the double sided angle one. It was long enough ago the only home die cutting machines I could remember being around were the spellbinder's grand caliber and sizzix big shot. Possibly the cuttlebug too. With the papercrafting community being much bigger these days and having offshoots like planner and traveler's notebook users who laminate a lot of stuff, these seem like something that would be a lot more popular.
@Gwen M. Casteel I was going to say the same thing! I actually have had some of these for years. These are great punches and definitely worth the investment. So, if there are people who missed out before, I hope they'll grab them this time around. I use them in almost every craft I make, be it home decor or cardmaking.
WRMK retired the original chompers just when I got interested in them. They got hard to find and so expensive if you did. Then they combined some and I managed to find the stub and scallop. Now that they have re-released the original ones I would like to get the angle and photo, and also the deco, but I don't want repeats. It's so hard to choose and my wallet is suffering. 😁
I hear many people say they don’t get a good cut with the chompers, and I agree that sometimes the cut is not perfect. It may be due to not fitting the corner into the chomper completely or maybe you don’t do a firm squeeze. In any case, I find that if you simply flip the paper over and recut on the other side, the cuts are much better. Give it a try if you have this problem.
Do you know if you can sharpen these tools? I lent mine to our school for laminated flashcards, and now they need sharpening. Just wondering if anyone has successfully done this. Thanks! Great video!
I have not heard of anything like that, nor of sharpening punches. However, I have helped punches along by punching through fine sandpaper. That may help these as well. ALSO -- these can appear to be dull when actually the recepticle in the center just needs to be emptied of all the pieces of paper you've cut off.
Their website states it cuts "paper, cardstock, chipboard, leather, plastic acrylic/poly and more!" That doesn't answer your question fully. I would be hesitant to try, as metal is an entirely different material that could potentially ruin the chompers
Yeah I agree. They should make the hole punch parts interchangeable on 1 tool body and just sell the hole punch shapes separately. Lol They want to make money though…
These seem great, problem is unless it has a sharp end such as an angle, they do not seem to have a professional look. Rounded endings are left looking unfinished and sharp. For the $$ amount that is not acceptable for me. Thank you so much for uploading this video, these kinds of product review are very helpful. Have a great day and keep well.
The price of nearly $30 for each one is holding me back, that and the fact that I have paper punches that will do the same thing, take up less room and are a fraction of the cost.
A paper punch won't go through chipboard, metal or leather, though. If those are materials you use (or would like to use), the upgrade is worth it. These are some of my favorite tools.
I've noticed that some corners are not cleanly cut in this demo. In my experience, it depends on the quality of the paper. those HOT buys from Michael's, 5 dollars for a pack of 100, are not high quality paper. Nothing cuts that paper well, not even my rotatrim. Neenah variety packs or AC craft paper is much better, and Corner Chompers cut those very clean.
The benefit of the tools is the ability to mass reproduce a consistent shape and size. Don't just think about it in terms of one card or project. Think if you are a small card maker, designer, artist and you had to make 100 invitations or cards or whatever with a decorative edge - this would make that 100xs easier, faster, and more professional than if you drew and cut each corner by hand. Simple can be deceptively complex - especially when converted to manual time and effort.
YAY!! SO happy I enable you!! LOL!! I love the new colors and the additions they have added!! Happy Crafting!! Hugs, Erica

Thanks so much! I hope Santa gives you some!
Thank you for sharing these new tools.😉😃

Great way to highlight each punch design! Thanks
Glad you like it! Thank you for watching!
Thank you so much for bringing these to my attention! I will be needing all of these! Lol

I have several of these punches and use them a lot. I love the scallop one.
nice!
I adore my corner choppers! I’ll be adding to my collection for sure!
woo hoo! I love being able to chomp on chipboard!
Very cool. The angle ones are great for tags! Love several of them. Thanks for the review!

I love the photo/angle one for making tags. And I think i need the 1/8" one for sure and I'm tempted with the stub one as well.
My favs too

wow! That's quick. Did you select to be notified when they are in stock?
@@LollyPalooza i just received my photo punch today!!!!!!! Yea. MTD
I like the idea of the different corners but as someone else said, 1 tool for all or most of the corners would be better. Thank you for sharing. Sue💜
Yes, she had a great idea!
Great video I only have 2 didn’t know about all of these

I got the large and small angle punch at Tuesday morning.

so do you mean you cut once, flip, and cut again?
Lolly Palooza Yes. That way if one part does not cut completely, it will have a second chance from a different direction.
Do you know if you can sharpen these tools? I lent mine to our school for laminated flashcards, and now they need sharpening. Just wondering if anyone has successfully done this. Thanks! Great video!

Hi Lolly, just to let you know that the only new one is the green one there is also a white one called angle that I cannot find..
Maybe I should say "new to me" then :)
Simpler idea.....
One chomper handle ......interchangeable chomper heads!
Cool idea. You should let WRMK know your suggestion!
Will the corner chomper cut thin metal?
Their website states it cuts "paper, cardstock, chipboard, leather, plastic acrylic/poly and more!" That doesn't answer your question fully. I would be hesitant to try, as metal is an entirely different material that could potentially ruin the chompers
@@LollyPalooza Well I'd like to know what is the 'and more'.
@@buddysmith7080 I think that's a company's way of saying that we "might" find more uses than they have listed.
Nice
Thanks
Why did they not make one tookl with all the differnet edges. Can u imagine the budget for all these different corners. ? One tool per corner.
A changeable head would be awesome!
Too bad they couldn’t have it in one as a multi tool. They’re so expensive
they are, but it has to be a strong tool in order to cut chipboard.
You're right. Too many tools. This is not fair on crafter's budget!

I notice they work better on thick materials
That thing only does corners? Why is it so big?
because it cuts chipboard. You need a sturdy tool and configuration (leverage) to do that.
The price of nearly $30 for each one is holding me back, that and the fact that I have paper punches that will do the same thing, take up less room and are a fraction of the cost.
