  • Student Doctor Chloe Maye "The Role of Aortic Root Anatomy in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement: A Cadaveric Study".
    Originally from Bartlesville, OK, Student Doctor Chloe Maye began her trek into higher education at Missouri Southern State University, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2021. Upon matriculating to Kansas City University’s Joplin campus, SD Maye quickly became involved in campus happenings, joining the leadership teams for several clubs, including the American Medical Women’s Association, the Student National Medical Association, and Sigma Sigma Phi. Currently, Maye enjoys the privilege of being a Clinical Anatomy Fellow on the Joplin campus, where she has had opportunities to pursue her interests in teaching and research. Following her fellowship, Maye will begin her clinical rotations at Freeman Health System in Joplin. She also plans to continue working towards her Master’s in Public Health through UNMC, where she was recently inducted into the Delta Omega Honor Society for her academic performance and dedication to the field of public health. Outside of her education, Maye enjoys volunteering with Ronald McDonald House Charities, Lafayette House, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters, as well as working on projects with the American Medical Women’s Association’s Sex & Gender Health Collaborative. In her downtime, Maye focuses her energy on spending time with friends and family.
