Sooo gratefull for what you said really. I had my injury on the 7th jan. And surgery 30th january…my prerehab was actually bad, and Im pushing hard right now…although I know I should take it also easy…its emotionally devastating not being able to do stuff like before but as you said…maybe it was also for a reason to rethink everything…went off social media and I try coping right now…im on the 12th day…
Having a good support system around me was massive. This is not something I could’ve dealt with alone. Having family, friends, girlfriend around helped me feel sane and normal which kept my spirits up. Also just seeing many examples of pro athletes who had the same injury or worse and came back just as strong or stronger gave me hope and motivation. Also thinking about how this injury is temporary and how I’m blessed to even be able to get surgery in 2024 when 50 years ago this surgery did not exist. We are blessed to be able to come back 100% as compared to back then where we would not be able to.
Hi! I mostly just ate as much healthy food as possible and made sure to eat 3 meals a day with lots of protein, carbs, and greens! Lot’s of salad, pasta, buckwheat, chicken, fruits, etc!
Thank you for your videos❤❤❤❤ was such an emotional rollercoaster for me
Glad I could help🙏💪
