      How often should you train glutes? Is it only on lower body days or should you train glutes everyday if you have really weak glutes?

    Hanna, I started lifting about 2 years ago because of you. I faced my fears. I fell in love with the gym & with lifting in a way I never have in my life. I stopped chasing skinny and started chasing strong. I used a few of your programs to start. I have gained so much confidence and comfort with myself I have strive to find my entire life. I've had ups and downs, still trying to find my way with eating but I haven't completely given up and I won't. I've been down mental health wise this week and my gym motivation has been near none but this is the refreshing boost I needed. Thank you then, thank you now, and thank you for what your encouragement will mean to me always.❤

    I'm so glad that you touched on the topic of motivation, since it just recently became obvious to me that I cannot rely on it if I plan on reaching my fitness goals.
    I finally am back up to 2 lower body days again, and it can be extremely difficult staying motivated when you're still feeling out what exercises work in your weekly schedule.
    As a new subscriber, I just wanted to say thank you for encouraging me to try new exercises and keeping me focused on the key components, like discipline. 😊

      Put your future sessions in your diary as “appointments” and stick to that appointment just like would a doctors appointment etc

    Motivation is just discipline, for sure. Just go. Just do it. Every time I do I am so glad I did and often they are the best workouts.
    It’s a choice between what you want now, or what you want most! 🙌💯

    About the motivation-just get yrlf actually in the gym n just start. Half the battle is just getting there. My gym I go to, once I walk in, the atmosphere is totally motivating!

    Discipline will always beat motivation issues! When I go, I tell myself that nobody cares about how I'm feeling today, and my goals also don't care! Then I use my low mood by working out in a passive aggressive way😂😂😂

    I would say it depends cos i train 4 to 5 times a week but for me its all motivation i love doing it cos its fun and hard but its something you enjoy and because you enjoy its like playing football you enjoy playing football so you play every weekend even if you dont want to

    Have y’all tried a minimalist barefoot trail running shoe at the gym?.
    They are not the best looking shoes but they help grip the floor/machines nicely, they are super comfortable and inexpensive.

      On another note, do you know the performance socks from Hexxee? They have sticky gripdots under the foot so perfect for any lift but especially for lunges or sumo deadlifts in socks where you dont want to slip or slide 😎

    Nice video! Gonna add the single leg press in my split 😊 I do have a question though.
    In my workouts, I build up the weight (for example in leg press I start the first set on 150, second set on 160, 170 etc), because I like to start lower and get “used” to the excercise before I have the form and feeling to build up. But what exactly is the difference between starting low or high? Except for what you explained in the video, you know your exact max (cause when I hit 200 in the leg press my legs are already tired so I might have been able to do 220 if I started with it)
    But is there also a difference in results or muscle growth? I’ve heard so many different opinions, I’m curious to hear what’s your thought on this 😊

      I hear you! There's not a right or wrong way here, obviously it will come down to preference and what you like to do in your training journey at this moment.
      But I've switched up to doing heavier weights 1st set and lower reps, often between 6-9. This because mentally I am more eager to make this a great set when I'm as fresh
      as possible and I feel like this also will use my fuel in the most optimal way just as you explained. You take yourself out a bit if you do the other way arround, so that you maybe could hit 220
      if you started with it instead of settling at 200 because you did heaviest set last. Honestly for results in muscle growth I can't really tell that this is the better way, I just feel as this is giving me great results at the moment and I enjoy it. But we also know that progressive overload and getting stronger will yield the best results.

      I’m gonna give it a try one day, just to see and feel the difference. I think how I do it is what I’m used to and what feels “safe” for me, but I’m eager to find out if your way will also give me the kick it gives you.

    As you mentioned that you have lower back pain, I was wondering how squats and deadlift affect that? I have disc protrusion and bulgings, and the doctor told me I shouldn't be doing any squats and deadlifts because it will destroy my spinal discs. Do you have any experience or opinion about this?

      Tråkigt att du tycker så, hitta en träningsprofil i samma kaliber som INTE gör reklam. Ju större man blir och ju fler företag man har, där möten, planering samt planering för ens egna sociala plattformar måste ske och sen livets alla måsten med familj etc. Då kan det ibland uppstå perioder där en plattform kanske måste prioriteras mindre en tid, för man får inte ihop det annars. Samtidigt som lanseringar måste pushas som du kanske förstår, och då gör man det i en video. Tråkigt att du inte kan förbise reklamen och hitta värde i att du faktiskt får följa ett helt träningspass precis som förr när man aldrig gjorde reklam, dessutom helt gratis på UA-cam. Kan också tilläggas att Hanna är en av få genuina träningsprofiler som finns kvar och det vet dem flesta.
      Jag behöver inte ens gå in och försvara tyckte bara din kommentar var riktigt tråkig att läsa om jag ska vara ärlig.

    Not sure why you’re pushing such heavy weights that are build legs that look like tree trunks when you could do lighter weights with more control and get refined shapely legs. So not into men legs. Always feminine
