Looks like a pressure cooker to me

Sorry i guess I should of explained that a little better. The Ninja is a 9 in 1 machine. It does pressure cook, steams, sears, dehydrates, slow cooks, makes yogurt, air fry, broils and bakes. You use the pressure lid for 4 of these settings, but with the yogurt setting you keep the seal on vent so not to build pressure.

It's name is the Ninja - Foodi. Mine is the 9 in 1. Its similar to the instant pot. You can bake, make yogurt, sear, pressure cook, steam, air fry, broil, dehydrate, and slow cook. They have multiple models. ☺

Yes, but Greek yoghurt (and "yoghurt" DOES have an H in it) has single cream in it too. It's not just milk⚠️

Here where I live in Canada there is no H in yogurt. I read the directions straight from the Ninja cooking book and all over Google -straining the whey creates Greek Yogurt no need to add anything else unless you want to. I just add honey and its really good and good for you.

And I forgot there is the plain yogurt with active bacteria you add after the boil process which is in the video as well. Hope that clarifies a little better for you. I'm sure there are other ways to make yogurt but this is our way and my family does enjoy it. And the simpler the process the better in my opinion anyway.
