Jynxzi got me back into siege after one of many hiatus’ I’ve taken, and I honestly dont see myself quitting anytime soon. His entertaining yet extremely harsh coaching lead me to become way better and aware in game. He is the best siege content creator right now.
I still like watching jynxzi but due to the fact that I have barley any free time to play siege anymore and the recent updates do not feel very good, I haven’t made much progress in a bit. I hope I can get back to where I left off soon but honestly I’m not too sure.
The gameplay loop had rarely been a problem for Siege. It’s 1) balancing issues 2) bad maps 3) hackers 4) toxicity 5) ranked sucks ^ not in any particular order
Damn I just watched your lore video and came to see this and wow your really don't get this game do you. Jynxi did not revive siege. Twitch viewership does not equal popularity. In fact looking at the steam viewership stats there was more monthly players before Jynxi was popular. However recently the game has saw its biggest spike in its history in y9 s1 but that was do to a lot good changes and efforts from the devs. Siege has always been popular and never been close to dying. A singular streamer is never going to be the difference in a games success, this is a universal rule in gaming. You also fail to understand the international audience who dont even known who Jynxi is. Jynxi's popularity is relatively solitary to the US. I will articulate that I don't hate Jynxi, I think he is a good guy but I believe that those who say he "revived" siege have very little understanding about what makes up video game player base
