In "00:20:45 - 2.3 How to Export ProRes Video and Other Professional Formats" I understood that they are delivery files, but because they are delivery shouldn't they be smaller? at the end in 00:27:30 you show a much larger .mov file, I didn't understand that
shouldn't the intermediate codec be smaller than an h264 codec for example?
