This tutorial was a godsend. Saved me hundreds of hours of soul decaying boredom scrolling through the official instructions. Straight to the point and easy to understand....You are my hero. 🙏
Hey, the fact is: Jesus died for you. He died on the cross for your sins. The Bible says we are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23) and so as humans we all deserve death since we have all sinned. But Jesus took on all of our sins on the cross so that we could have a relationship with the Father. We just have to accept this gift. We don't have to do big things. We trust in what Jesus has done for us and not trust in our own bad lives. Jesus ransomed us. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). The question when you stand before God is whether he knew you. Build a relationship with Jesus. Spend time with him, for example in prayer or reading the Bible. There is power only in the name of Jesus, not in the name of Muhammad, Buddha or Krishna. Jesus changed my life. He proved himself to me. Especially through the healings he did to me and through me on another person. He loves you, give him your life today. You never know when it's too late. Just try this prayer: Jesus, today is the day that I give you my life. I believe that you died on the cross for me and rose again after three days. I am a sinner and need you as a savior. I repent and ask for your loving guidance in my life. In your mighty name, Jesus Christ, amen Convince yourself. Some people probably represented a false Jesus to you, but the REAL Jesus has is different. Jesus wants to save you but you have to open your heart. You will not regret it. If you put your faith in Jesus, you will be saved. If he can change my life, then he can change yours too. I am certain that whatever we suffer in this world is nothing compared to the glory that God will give us (Romans 8:18).
This was literally amazing. I went from not knowing anything to creating and editing my own video in a 15 minutes, I definitely would recommend this video to someone that is lost!
WOW the basics, that’s all!!! I’ve been looking for this for a long too me but every video wants to be “in depth” and give you an hour and thirty minutes of tricks and hacks and….. Thank you for this simplicity!
I've gone through a number of Premiere Pro YT videos to learn the basics. Every one of them seems to take the viewer through the weeds, talking way too fast for a novice to keep up. And before you know it, you're lost and frustrated, and you hunt for another video, which tends to be no different than the last one. Your video, Vince, was spot on. You stuck to the basics. You didn't race through the content. You were clear in your explanations, and I now have a basic understanding of how to use this beast Adobe Premiere Pro. Thank you for making a fantastic tutorial for such a complex piece of software. Blessings to you.
I have to use Adobe for work and I want to upgrade my video editing software skills. I have searched quite a few videos and they were so confusing that I just gave up. Yours was straight to the point and easy enough for a beginner. I finally have the steps to work with Premiere Pro! Thanks!
I'm switching from Vegas Pro to Premiere Pro for my freelance editing and this was very helpful for learning the layout differences. Thank you so much!
Thanks a ton!! As someone familiar with Photoshop and After Effects already this video just saved me from watching a really long tutorial for premiere pro!!!
I've watched several videos trying to move from DaVinci to Premier Pro. I was totally confused. THIS video makes it easy!!! If you are new to Premier Pro, I highly recommend Vince's videos!
I've spent weeks doing a course on editing in Premeir Pro that I purchased in Udemy, and I learned more in this 17 minute video than I have in that course. I was finally able to make some edits! Thanks!
Excellent tutorial! Every time I've sat down to try and learn Premiere Pro, I've either found extrodinarly long videos which are great for really in depth understanding, but sometimes you just want to get in the basics quickly and learn how to navigate the program. Thank you!
As someone who had no experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and very little video editing experience, this was incredibly helpful. Thank you! I am trying a subscription to Premier Pro and was completely lost when trying to figure out how to get started with even the most basic task of creating a video with 2 or 3 clips and some basic transitions.
I'm a novice to video editing but it is what I love asides my career in healthcare. I want to start with Adobe Premier Pro and with your tutorial I believe I should be good
This is now the second time (after several years of only have used it once for a school project) using premiere pro, because I have only been using final cut pro for editing my videos. I can not thank you enough on how much this tutorial has helped me and actually have answered questions I've been trying to figure on myself in premiere by just randomly clicking and doing stuff for hours without any success. Normally I don't comment that quick on videos but I really want to thank you so much Vince Opra, you've gained another sub because the way you explained it was very useful and easy to follow!
I learned how to use Premiere on my own and then i came and watched your video… this video helped me so much man… thank you for real… i am like a whole new editor now..
i was looking at this software and got worried because of how complicated this looked but you made it so much simpler to use and i thank you so much for that
It's my first time using premiere and this guide helps a lot since I don't know where everything is. I was mainly using iMovie for a quick edit and wanted to up my game and create better videos for myself. So, thank you for this!
This is great. I am an old geezer, so I set the playback speed to 0.5. It took me about an hour to go through it the first time. And thanks for the topic markers!
My tutor recommended this video to me for learning how to use the software, and I must say you make it seen less overwhelming. Shout out you and my tutor, you're both amazing!
If I manage to create my project and do a good a job, YOU'LL BE TO THANK!! You covered all the basics in a straightforward way and did not explain anything in a complicated way. Will let you know how I get on!
You are a star for beginners! Thank you for your paced and clear way of speaking and really explaining all steps keeping the target audience in mind: beginners. Not only that, many UA-camrs don't understand that it's not only native English speakers viewing the videos, and speak histerically fast, which makes it impossible and tiring to follow for a non-native English speaker. So, THANK YOU 🙂
I don't want to be an Editor, I just want to trim one piece of my video, but apprently I'm so dumb that I don't even know how to put a registered video on PR, and here where I'm, watching a tutorial only to know how to cut 1 second of video -.-

The instructor explains the software's features and functionalities in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for anyone to follow along and start creating their own videos. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn the basics of video editing. 😁

Incredible content as always! The thorough breakdowns, sharp comparisons, and impressive sound designs are incredibly useful. Thanks for delivering such informative and engaging videos!
Thank you so much for this. Actually, this was way better than Adobe's in-house training or any of their resources. I am learning that UA-cam is the holy grail for learning anything. Most of the time, if not all of the time, you will find better learning material than what the original brand had made for their specific training. After watching hours of videos on Adobe and UA-cam, this was one of the best ones, and it was only 20 minutes long. Thank you, my friend. Keep up all the great work. I have subscribed, liked, and now commented, which I never do.
So nice to see it with the newest 2023 version. I hate watching videos with old software even though the concepts are the same, just seeing it be done in the latest version is nice.
How exactly did he make the v1 video file bigger in length in the timeline panel? I saw him make the workspace bar v1 bigger vertically, but how did he do it horizontally? It kills me trying to do cuts in a small blue box lol
