@@modelfun I will keep you posted and share some photos or a video. I haven’t been able to work on it much but hopefully can make some progress this weekend.
Really love this video! What an outstanding example of how to build a plastic model the right way. May I ask how long did it take from start to finish?
@Darren Whiteside Thank you, I work when I have time, so it is not easy to tell the exact time spent. It took around 5 weeks in total, sometimes I spent 2 hours per day, but there were also few days when I had no time at all to work on this build.
@@modelfun My situation is basically the same. I'm working on a F6F-5 Hellcat and F4U-1D Corsair at the same time. I started building in late February and I'm only now in the final assembly stages of the Hellcat. The Corsair is a few steps behind as I'm about to attach the fuselage and wing assembly. I hope to be finished with both models by the end of the month. Only time will tell.
@@modelfun I do not denigrate it. From what you show here, it is a very good kit, and appreciably cheaper than others. It is kilometres better than the kits I years past had seen (then discounted). I would like to find something similar in 1:25th-scale (ideally, with a fully detailed engine, etc.), to set alongside a four-wheel, wingless, Ford Mustang two-door coupe.
Great build. Wheel wells are bare metal except the spar which is zinc chromate. Nice subtle weathering tho.
Beautiful plane love it
Thank you for watching and your commnt.
It is a very good job. Congratulations! You have a new sub form Spain
Gracias!

Nice job, I’m working on a 1/32 Mustang right now. I’m subscribed from Laramie Wyoming:-)
Thank you and welcome.
Good luck with your build.

Great aurcrafts. Good Łuck with the builds.
So, this Revell kit has no Packard licensed built RR Merlin V-12 engine?
No engine at all.
@@modelfun thanks. I wonder why not.
@DavidRLentz-b7i I don't know, maybe savings $$. It is still quite cheap kit for 1:32 scale. Would be lot nicer with the engine tho :)

@DavidRLentz-b7i nice idea. I know there is a kit from Trumpeter available on 1:24. But in 1:25 I've never seen one.
