👋 WHO IS MANNY KHOSHBIN?
Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate.

The Bugatti Atlantic concept was gorgeous. Eventhough it surely would have been out of my price range I am still sad that this thing hasnt been put into production. Also Mannies P1 and Hermes Chiron are among the best looking cars ever made.
My favorite is by far the Hermes Pagani

Great upload Manny. I was watching shmee150 the other day, he was doing a shop tour. He mentioned one of the best ideas and upgrades was to add a few feet of carpet at the entrance from the street. Enough carpet for a full tire rotation (and wipes them off before you hit those nice floors). Made a huge difference in keeping his floors clean (he doesnt have white floors).

Or P1.2 since P1 means 1st position and I doubt they want to go backwards
It's currently being worked on as we speak, the next generation P1 replacement is arriving in 2026.
