Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate.

love the fact that nates driving now, you should bring him along to your trips like f1 cause he ask alot of questions that adds value to the channel, he can actually ease off the load on manny, for years its been a one man show, so whenever manny is busy nate can give his reviews on the cars. DDE has understood the importance of character development i think this channel would benefit as well

6:38 actually the car "from the 40s or 50s" is a lotus type 66, a car that was unveiled this year! and the futuristic car is a pininfarina b95, also revealed this year. basically a batista without a roof and almost 2000hp...
no the futuristic car is Ken Okuyama's Kode 61 Birdcage. he is the same designer of the enzo.

Rolls Royce round door is my favorite .... i have the skills to build one - but , skills don't buy parts , i see it as a similar style "art deco" but modern drive train 0 twin turbo E-85 1000 HP corvette suspension . . . . beautiful but deadly

dont worry manny I would walk by the nurmberhg ring edition LFA too if I saw too 2 CLK GTR's and 1 of my dream cars is the NRBRGH RING edition LFA's , my buddy has 2 LFA's and Im trying to cinvince him to get 1 , but man those CLK GTR's thye are probally 1 of the most storied Lemans cars of its generation

About 10 years ago there was one of these in Jonesboro Arkansas for sale. It sold for 1.3 mil and they had it for a while IIRC.
