There are always multiple ways to approach things. This movie showcasing lying way doesn't mean its best way and will work out for you, but you are free to make own decisions. She didn't have to lie but obviously her resume way too basic to work based on simple girl character. Is it a drama movie or a comedy bruv? You can watch drama one where character is all serious and prepared with different plot.

Nope, but going by the tone of the film I don't think that was a concern for the writers
It would have been more believable if she was a commercial pilot, or establish she has some lessons in flying. Because taking off in a jet fighter is not the same as driving.

Emma Robert's with no training, no schooling, no discernable talent fakes her way into NASA and saves the day with a bedazzler. 😢 I'm not even lying. This could be the worst movie I've watched in 15 years and I feel dirty wasting 2 hours of my life on it. Amazon... try harder!!!
One of the hardest jobs in the world… astronaut. Party for ten years, lie on a resume, be an astronaut because we need someone different - with heart. Because people training their whole lives for a small chance at the position don’t have enough heart.

This is so reality based. I am very, very excited to watch this once in a life time historical documentary of inside NASA workings. I am just beside myself with excitement. A true live inside look of NASA, WOW. With the brains of NASA and this young ladies acting abilities on par with the brightest of NASA scientist and engineers.... Just look how NASA shows the public the fullness of all the taxpayer dollars that fund it's exploration in videos and image. They always give US citizens a straight answer, they never lie... A true documentary of historical significance... I just know that it will be taught in classrooms across the US. Just WOW.
