    Lovely cemetery. I liked the many different types of headstones and the way you read most of them off. I have seen parts of the Scottish Borders from other UA-camrs and would love to see more.

    An interesting note about the HMS Cossack - she was originally under construction by Russia - hence the name - but was captured during construction in the Crimean war and became a British ship.

    It's a shame that not all graveyards are this well kept. I definitely prefer the hand made older stones, they have more character and charm than the modern lazer engraved ones. Thanks Mr Boots. Deb of Oz.

    15:12 the flag on the tombstone is a Spanish flag. I guess the sun and elements made the yellow central strip to fade so that's why you didn't recognice it.

    I think it'd be great if anyone from the cemetery's location knew something about the people mentioned for telling us!

    It’s strange to see my home town on peoples platforms even though I still live in Wigton. In fact just a 5 minute walk from this cemetery
