The only ride where i stopped smiling and actually got worried from the intense pressure. And i swear at the photo booth i looked like a dog who stuck its head out the window going 80 mph.
I only rode it once and never again will I ride it and that was 16 years ago when it was called X and had yellow and pink theme going on without music and flamethrowers. No amount of music or flamethrowers can change my mind
Road it again this winter - still nothing else like it. It is hard to describe the intensity and disorientation that occurs. A must ride for coaster enthusiasts.
This was the first roller coaster ride after I stepped into the park. I had no idea it was one of the most intense rides in the world. I got on the ride only to realize this was a poor choice for my first roller coaster in years. Now I can proudly say that I survived this monster of a ride, and the rest of the park doesn’t seem so intimidating anymore.
SPOOKY Person i just rode X2 tonight. So intense! Don't think I'll ride it again, at least not for a long time. But I'm glad I did it and didn't flake.
Me: I am for sure going on that. I’ve heard by so many people it’s so scary from the fact that it consists of 360 degree rotates and then face down drops. Kings Island has the face down drops which are really scary but so thrilling so I would love this.
Listen I got to say I rode this today. I have ridden a ton of rollercoasters. Kingda Ka, Int 305, whatever. This ride is absolutely insane. It completely blew me away and I was genuinely terrified. I’m glad I rode this and didn’t skip it because you really aren’t going to find an experience like this at any other American park.
+COASTER BOT it can be painful on your legs at times, and the line is always long. When the ride breaks down, after 10 minutes, get in line. Many people would have left, and the ride will start back up soon. The ride is an absolute must for enthusiasts.
+Lukas Tolly The line is not always long; the ride as a sweet spot around 2:00 to 4:00 when most guest have found their way to the other side of the park
Before ride: wow this is so cool I'm excited! In the front of the line: ummmm I'm not so sure about this... On ride: AW HELL NAH After ride: never again...
Yup, I can agree with that. I'm a little scared of heights in general, but am normally fine with it on roller coasters because you feel secured in place. But when it drops you and spins your seat to face down, it feels like you're falling out of the thing. It's so disorienting too. It would probably be quite fun once you get used to it, but since I live over 5000 miles away from it I doubt I'll find out anytime soon,
I was living in PHX when this ride first opened- I specifically went to Magic Mountain to ride this. I have ridden all over America. And no ride or coaster on the planet compares to X2- That first drop with your chair flipping you to the ground instantly lets you know you’re screwed- and as you fly into that raven your chair flips you the opposite direction you are going . The height and speed at that moment made realize this is a special coaster-
definitely the most intense roller coaster i've ever ridden. was not prepared for the feeling of complete and utter disorientation as well as the genuine feeling that i was going to die
All my life, I’ve been so terrified to ride this. But I was just so sick and tired of being a wuss and walking away from my fears. my friend encouraged me to get on it and once we were on the chain lift, I instantly regretted it. But all I wanted to do was get over my fear. Even if My reaction was going to come out bad, i just still wanted to experience this ride myself, No matter how scared I was. But it’s not that I was scared of dying, it was because I was bad at handling drops. Ive just ALWAYS been afraid of drops. And because I knew that the drop on this ride goes straight down, facing the ground, it gave me so much anxiety. I just knew it wasn’t going to end well. As soon as the seats went over the first bump, in my mind I was just thinking “welp, you only live once man” And that’s when the seats turned and I was facing down. The drop was so scary but at the same time intensely awesome. It honestly felt like I was being dragged to hell. The way the seats spun at the end of the drop caught me by suprise! Honestly whoever created this ride is smart because The way they designed the seats just made it feel like you were going to fall out! There is just nothing to hold on too except for the shoulder bars which have far away handles, so it made the drop super scary! But I actually just really loved the feeling. It gave me a huge adrenaline rush! And It took all my stress out. And the rest of the ride was just so fast! Usually, all the rides at six flags are so fast that you don’t even feel a thing. But THIS ride, was just so intense, I could feel everything! The way the seats turn and glide around the curves made me feel like I was going to fly out of my seat. And the way the fire shoots right at you is so scary! It was the most intense ride I’ve ever been on at six flags! Definitely a good ride! And probably the only ride I’d be scared to repeat over and over again. But this ride will definitely make you scream! Love it. I also suggest if you are a beginner, don’t ride this! try colossus, full throttle and Goliath first, then you’ll have enough faith to get on this! It’s super fun! And it will numb you from all the other rides! If you can ride X2, you can ride anything! 😌😀
SAME! I’m not scared of heights but i hate the feeling in my stomach from dropping straight down and it was actually X2 that helped me overcome the uneasy feeling
When I first road this and heard "is everybody in?" I felt an unexplainable chill throughout my entire body. I'm a huge fan of The Doors and I felt like Jim was communicating a forewarning of death.
Green lantern gave me and my entire party whiplash and I have never got back on it. X2 is way better without a doubt. Hell every time I go to six flags now, green lantern is always closed down which I wished they'd take it out already and replace it with something else
I rode this back in 2007 when it was still X. It may be short, but it's still one of the most unique coasters I've ever ridden. I wish more 4D coasters like this existed.
X2 is easily the most disorienting roller coaster ever made just because the seats spin so much. There used to be this exhibit at the PNE in Vancouver, BC, Canada that displayed a vertigo-inducing video. Even though you weren’t moving when you watched the video, it felt like you did because of vertigo and many people fell over after watching it!
I vividly remember stepping on this when I was in the 4th grade with my friends and my dad after sundown in the dark because we had been in the line so long. Going up the lift hill, I remember humming to myself trying to stay calm...everything after that is a blur. Oh, and a woman in the car before us had her leg fall out of the restraints. You can only imagine how that effected my 9 year old psyche. Great ride!
This ride is absolutely no joke. I have never had any issues with rollercoasters before...until a couple days ago. The G force and how incredibly rough the ride was, too much for someone like me. I spent the entire ride after that first drop trying my absolute best not to pass out. I couldn't even scream but close my eyes and focus on breathing. Was my first ride of the day...big mistake lmao. Glad some people truly enjoy it but I learned my lesson biggo time. Lifechanging.
Six Flags Magic Mountain happens to be my home roller coaster park (I also consider Universal, Knott's and Disneyland Resort home parks too). And X2 is among my top 3 rides at the park. Even though there's two even better versions of this ride in Japan and China, I'm still proud that we have this unique ride at our park. It's too bad that Six Flags won't ever spend this kind of money on new attractions anymore. I'm happy about the soon to open West Coast Racers (delayed to 2020) but I'd love to see them eventually put out big cash for another high profile ride. I've noticed that Six Flags hasn't built a B&M since 2012 and has gone mostly with cheaper (but still great!) coasters/hybrids from American manufacturers like Premier Rides and Rocky Mountain Construction (Twisted Colossus is one of those top 3 rides for me at the park). I'm definitely hopeful seeing as they're building the Mack water coaster at one of their parks for 2020 so I'm hoping they're starting to change their stance on spending money on more impressive attractions.
both the x2 and greenlantern/joker coasters are my favorite of all of six flags coasters. the freespinning is smooth on the x2 but either one is amazing. they look scarier than they are, you barely feel the spinning, its all visual. almost like being on a vr coaster but it is real, it feels very dreamlike
I really love extreme rides but in the case of the X2, it was the first time I got scared for my life. It was never ending and it had those jarring movements that actually caused me to hit the back of my head really hard.
Everyone swears X2 is one of the best coasters to ride. I still haven’t done it yet but I want to. I can tell you the Green Lantern coaster, however, is a disaster and a half. It’s clunky, it’s rough, it slams you into your restraints. By word of mouth alone compared to my experience on Green Lantern, I’d say a 4th dimension is a better coaster design .
Yeah Green Lantern's not exactly a fan favorite and it's been down for months now. I'd be cool with Six Flags replacing it with something better. In the case of X2, if you don't mind the really long line, it's a much better ride experience.
CoderatheGreat I’ve heard! My dad lives 45 minutes from Magic Mountain but whenever I drive up there, I manage never to go to the park. I need to get back there 😪
This ride as absolutely insane, rode this a couple months ago sat in the front row and the drop is absolutely demonic. I’m sad that the flash pass only lets you ride some rides only once (X2 and full throttle) I would have rode this like 5 times if I was able too, it’s my second favorite coaster. This ride actually scared me, in the station I said “it’s over ratted it won’t be that good” when I was up the lift hill I was like “Okay this is a bit scarier than I thought” then I got off the ride and I was like “BRUH THIS THING IS UNDERRATED” moral of the story, it’s epic and it has a 99.9% chance of taking my number 1 spot when I ride again
We did X2 at Magic Mountain in a year of doing 6 Flags all over the country. The most unbelievable experience- the most intense ride in the worst run park in the country. We waited for 3 hours to get to the top of the stairs, then it broke down and people started leaving. We moved up, and up... finally we could see over the gate. A fork lift was removing a big central piece of machinery. Then it brought in a new assemblage, slid it into place, left.... and they opened the gates. They didn't run it even once to test the new equipment. If they had, we would have realized that we were in the front row instead of the last!
I rode the original X roller coaster back in 2002 with my Uncle during Spring Break. We traveled from Indiana to ride it. One of the best I've ever gone on. Will have to go back again soon. Well worth the 3 hour wait.
My wife and I were fortunate enough to ride this coaster during a trip to California (actually been back a few times). It's easily the best coaster we've been on, we actually went on it 3 times back to back. My wife is an ex employee of Alton Towers back here in the UK and has ridden many different coasters over the years but X2 is her favourite. Shame it isn't closer to home..
I rode this within the first year it was in operation, and it was the first rollercoaster I rode in my life, and it was my first Six Flags visit as well. My friends kinda forced me on, their logic if you can ride this, you can ride any ride in the park.
I went on X2 for the first time yesterday, and let me tell you, that thing terrified me after the first drop, i was hanging on for dear life and i am never going on that thing again bc i absolutely lost it LOL
i went on this today with my friend for my first time and it was so intense and scary. i don’t think i’ve ever felt genuine fear on any other rollercoaster except this one
Getting on this as your first ride is not a good idea…I did and had a headache and don’t want to get on anything else 😂 01:41 this part of the ride is so intense
@@UUwUU80 Ok because I was just wondering because I had a headache as well because my head slammed all the way back especially at the end even with my head pushed back. Did that happen to you?
@@UUwUU80 Also how did you than get a headache without slamming your head on anything. Also I did keep my head back all the way but the ending is kind of the roughest so it was hard to so I don`t know how you did it since that part if the roughest? If you could respond with anything that would be kind of nice.
I went to six flags on Dec 18th in 2008. No one was there. Me and a friend went on X2 probably 15 times that day. We'd ride it 3-4 times in a row, then go try another ride or two, and then go back for another ride. Best roller coaster day of my life.
For those who have ridden X2: I'm going back to Six Flags Magic Mountain this Friday, and I'm most likely going to ride X2 for the first time (it's the only coaster I haven't ridden at the park). I haven't ridden it in past visits because back in 2008, the year X2 was introduced, both my sister and my dad got concussions on the ride. Because of that, I didn't feel the need to ride it. I didn't want to get hurt too. Well, it's been almost ten years since that incident, and now that I'm older, I'm willing to give it a try finally. It's not that I'm afraid of the ride or anything of the sort (I'm not the GP), but I was always worried about getting hurt on the ride. So, is it true that the front inside seats are the best? Is there as much headbanging in those seats as there is in the other seats? If anyone has tips or anything, please reply and let me know. (Because of crowds, we might not be able to ride it, so I'm fine with comments coming after this Friday, but I'd prefer for them to come earlier.)
Would this make you nauseous? I hate spinning rides but I can handle loops, curves and such. I just wanna know if this ride can be for people who don't fuck with spinning rides.
This roller coaster has tapped into something where only primal fear is experienced the sort of adrenaline rush you would get from a cabin decompression on an airliner. I have never been on it but the idea of feeling like you are going to die and plummet to the ground is not for me 😂
I think X2 is one great coaster,is unique and diferent from the rest,I know Chinas is taller and longer but we all know that always happens with everything roller coasters sky scrapers u name it but anyways X2 is one of my favorites at Magic Mountain.
This is by far the best ride I#ve been on so far. This coaster is amazing! It's my favourite of all time. I'm looking forward to my next stay in america where i'm definitly going to ride this awesome ride again!
X2 is definitely one of the best rides at Six Flags Magic Mountain. A lot of people say it is the best, but I can't decide between this or Tatsu, since there's debate between both rides.
I definitely agree that the design of Green Lantern is inferior to X2. Green Lantern is frankly painful to ride, while X2 I found the controlled rotation of the seats simply enhanced +/- g-forces.
I need to ride this!!!🤯 There’s a unique adrenaline charge from a ride like this. You wait in line for an hour or so (give or take…) watching train after train go by and by the time you’re ready board, you’ll kinda think you have an idea of what is about to happen but as soon as the chain lets go, you’ll realize almost immediately that after it’s over, you will have absolutely no clue of what just happened! F••K YES!🤘
The only ride that feels like a different experience every time you ride it, whether you're in the front, back, middle, left or right side. My favorite ride to take people on that have never been on it/don't know of the rotating seat concept.
is their a coaster that has two carts going next to each other, so if the track was a cube or square then they could have one on ech side. sorry for a bad explanation
the 2 inversions on X2 are on the drop when you flip under to end up on your back, and the back flip soon after that. They way you were describing them you could say it has 4 inversions.
+0MindSwept0 The track has 4 elements; Inside Raven Turn, Fly to lie, Outside Raven Turn, Fly to lie. Each of these elements class as 1/2 an inversions, leading to the two inversions that can be found on the track layout.
COASTER BOT U needa check ur sources brah, cause you talkin crazy talk. There is no such thing as a half inversion, it's either an inversion or it isn't. An inversion is when the rider is inverted, not merely when the track inverts (which applies more to 4D Coasters due to the fact the seats rotate independently of the track). A 4D coaster's track can switch sides but have no inversions if there is no point along the route the riders are rotated to an inverted position. The opposite is also true, the track can stay on the same side the entire time, but there can be inversions if the seats are rotated around both ways. Also, this track has many more then just 4 elements, here are there names in the order of occurrence: Pre-Drop (1st inversion is whilst going down the hill), Raven turn, Back Flip (second inversion), Luge Turn, Twisting flip, 2nd Raven Turn, and one final twisting flip before hitting the final brakes. I can go on for hours, but I'd rather not because typing is a pain, don't think I wont though, this is just a taste.
The source from my comment above is the Roller Coaster Data Base. As you can see on the X2 page, the ride has two inversions. Clicking on each element, e.g. inside raven turn, will reveal it is classed as 1/2 an inversion. For more information, consult the page: rcdb.com/750.htm
I've been to SFMM once with my friends and went on about half the rides. When it was time to go on X2 I admitantly chickened out even though I was the only non GP among my friends. I kinda regret my decision LOL. Mind you, I wasn't the only one of my friends who didn't go. But I did go on Tatsu and it is now one of my favourite rides ever! Oh well, next time!
I am quite the coaster enthusiast and I can say that Green Lantern is the most extreme ride I have ever ridden and I have ridden everything in California, X2 is better than X but Green Lantern is hands down more extreme. It's the first and only ride in my long experiences of rides to make me see stars.
Intamin Zacspins are well known for their intensity and force. Many, including myself, don't enjoy all aspects of the ride experience as some elements cause a lot of pain. It is definitely a large thrill though! :)
got on this one after 2 months and let me tell y'all...again it left me breathless afterwards.... STILL AMAZED WHAT X2 CAN DO TO YOUR CHEST AFTER THE FRIST DROP
The only ride where i stopped smiling and actually got worried from the intense pressure. And i swear at the photo booth i looked like a dog who stuck its head out the window going 80 mph.
😅😅😅 Well your braver than I'd ever be!!!
Well that is basically what the coaster is designed to do.
Yeah, it’s pretty intense. Gotta watch out for the head bonk in the inverted loop.
Sameeee my photo shows pure terror lol and my cheeks were flapping behind my ears
me and my friend looked like we got bad plastic sugery istg
This is the only coaster that I've been on that has genuinely terrified me and I 100% would go on it again
That's awesome, I'm glad you'd do it again!

"Intensity" lol. Really isn't that intense. Pretty slow and lumbering
+Mew2Kink Well, seeing as how you need to use Southern California freeways to reach the park, 76mph is pretty slow.
There are two ones of the same type with Verry similar layouts in Japan and China
I'd kinda want to go on it, but the whole 4D thing scares the holy fuck out of me.
Kathryn Pitt oh yeah it’s so scary the first time I didn’t even know where I was going it’s actually kind of intense.
I went on X2 in the dark yesterday. It's my favorite ride of all time.
Great to hear! :)
Cat Fanatic I went on it around night time on Saturday too! So scary! Still deciding whether or not I'd ride it again in the future.
Definitely ride it again in the future! :D
Elizabeth Schiada I think you should. It's a great ride.
damn, I would love to ride it at night
when I got in line and the girl asked me how many in your party, I said just me. She was like "O_O"
1ZosoLZ That will be me!
1ZosoLZ i always go by myself too lol
+Eric Lee (ELPIANO) Same here. Everyone else is always too scared to go with me!
Can relate. Just went by myself today haha
what do you do by yourself in line? bring a book?

That's definitely an interesting story, congrats for mastering X2! :)
I had two thoughts while watching: "that's so cool!" And "NOOOOOPE!"
I know right! I also thought,"Oh yeah, I'm going on this!"
SPOOKY Person i just rode X2 tonight. So intense! Don't think I'll ride it again, at least not for a long time. But I'm glad I did it and didn't flake.

A drunk superman.

"X squared?" Who the hell calls it that?
Idk crazy people
+xygomorphic44 People who aren't Coaster Enthusiasts lmao
People who don't have respect.
x2 means extreme to the second power, hence the fire, soundtrack, and fog combined with the rotation of the seats
xygomorphic44 i was dying when he said that. (Uhm coaster parodies)
Before ride: wow this is so cool I'm excited!
In the front of the line: ummmm I'm not so sure about this...

Nah, the after ride part should be in the hospital with a concussion.
Ah, the GP. Gotta love em.
Yeah Ok deadass that was me on my first time riding this😂😂😂
Haha. Oh well. It’s still my favorite.
I felt the same!!!!
I love the soundtrack to this ride because it’s so messed up and weird.
J Terry TV “is everybody in?” “It had to be yooou” i always play that in my head when i think about x2 lol
“Going doooown”
How dare you call Metallica and Enter Sandman weird D;
Tuney Coasters , honestly and Kashmir by Led Zeppelin

Cool. I never knew it was a second set of rails that controlled the spin of the seats. Very informative.
Thank you! Be sure to check out my newer videos, they are much better compared to this one. I am glad you have learnt something from this though :)
Arrow dynamics is so revolutionary with most ideas.
This rollercoaster was absolutely mad. I still have a trauma from the first drop, and I love it.
It really looks like it. I'd love to give it a ride. :)
Scariest 48 seconds of my life
Also the best 😝
Wait till you never answer a Hispanic mom's phone call and wait till it goes to voicemail... good luck
@@Dipp182 yeah i’ll be fucked if i do that
By far the best ride I ever rode. Takes about 15 mi s for your nerves to calm back down.
that roller coaster is the most xtreme i ever ride in my life so xtreme really xtreme
It was actually quite scary. Just for the fact they made go on that ride. They told it wasn't really scared but it was lie.
hahaha yeah, they said that too to me, you're not the only one u.u
But i agree it was quite fun, but also really scary lol
very Xtreme
the only ride that has ever made me feel like I was really going to die.
How come? What was so bad about it?
Best ride ever! Ridden this and the original just "X" multiple times. it's really something incredible to experience!
It certainly looks it, I'd love to ride! :)
both the x2 and greenlantern/joker coasters are my favorite of all of six flags coasters. the freespinning is smooth on the x2 but either one is amazing. they look scarier than they are, you barely feel the spinning, its all visual. almost like being on a vr coaster but it is real, it feels very dreamlike
I really love extreme rides but in the case of the X2, it was the first time I got scared for my life. It was never ending and it had those jarring movements that actually caused me to hit the back of my head really hard.
This is true, many have called the ride to be rough and uncomfortable.
Charles M. My cousin found that out the hard way when she rode X2 I had to report the injuries to the flash pass attendants
It wasn’t always like that. It’s gotten rougher with age. They really need to fix that. It still is an amazing coaster.
I need to get back there 😪
best ride on the west coast
Twisted colossus is in the same park
fireballingast Twisted Colossus is overrated and has weak ejector
It's my favorite ride but I've never once heard it referred to at "X squared."
LOVE this channel.
It does seem like an insane experience, I do wish to ride it one day myself.
What is X2?
The best ride in California
The best ride I had in my hole life ! Fantastic, amazing, astonishing, marvelous !
It looks awesome for sure!
I rode the original X roller coaster back in 2002 with my Uncle during Spring Break. We traveled from Indiana to ride it. One of the best I've ever gone on. Will have to go back again soon. Well worth the 3 hour wait.
That's awesome to hear. Definitely ride again soon! :)
Eric Parrott sadly it is no longer called X. It is still the same exact ride though, just looks different
X2 certainly looks awesome, I'm glad you both enjoyed it! :)
@@coasterbot We did. Many great memories of our trips to the U.S. We'll be back for sure only there'll be four of us next time.
I rode this within the first year it was in operation, and it was the first rollercoaster I rode in my life, and it was my first Six Flags visit as well. My friends kinda forced me on, their logic if you can ride this, you can ride any ride in the park.
X2 and tatsu is my favorite ride out of all parks
Awesome to hear! :)
This ride scared the shit out of me and I’ve been riding rollercoasters for 35 years
We need a ride like this on the east coast so people like me can experience a "proper" fourth dimension coaster.
Rode X2 today. It was running one train so the wait was actual hell but it was so worth it.
This ride is really underrated if you ask me
It looks awesome!
Getting on this as your first ride is not a good idea…I did and had a headache and don’t want to get on anything else 😂
01:41 this part of the ride is so intense
How did you get a headache?
@@Alex-md8jj the ride pushes 4gs, plus I was a screaming like bitch 😂
@@UUwUU80 Ok because I was just wondering because I had a headache as well because my head slammed all the way back especially at the end even with my head pushed back. Did that happen to you?
@@Alex-md8j nahhh I kept my head back the whole time
@@UUwUU80 Also how did you than get a headache without slamming your head on anything.
“Is everybody in?”
“Is everybody IN?
Is EVERYbody in?”
“The ceremony is about to begin.”
For those who have ridden X2:
I'm going back to Six Flags Magic Mountain this Friday, and I'm most likely going to ride X2 for the first time (it's the only coaster I haven't ridden at the park).
You don't hear many being nauseous on this, more just scared of how big and menacing it looks!
COASTER BOT Got it. I'm getting on any ride I can next time I go lol
Haven't been on the X2 yet, but the Green Lantern one gave me a neck+headache and throws your body around pretty hard.
This is very true of all Intamin Zacspins.
Same it did this to me
This roller coaster has tapped into something where only primal fear is experienced the sort of adrenaline rush you would get from a cabin decompression on an airliner.
It definitely is a unique roller coaster! :)
This is by far the best ride I#ve been on so far. This coaster is amazing! It's my favourite of all time. I'm looking forward to my next stay in america where i'm definitly going to ride this awesome ride again!
Great to hear! :)
Once again, great video! X2 is literally on my list of coasters I need to ride in the future!
I rode this in 2001 when it was brand new. It was The most confusing scary feeling ive ever experienced. And I cant wait to go back and do it again.
@@mrlohan18 Awesome! Did you ride it during the passholder previews that year in December (a month before the ride officially opened to the public)?
@@brycefourn2001 I don’t remember. But i know I rode it when it was still X and it was pink and yellow. Before the revamp
X2 is definitely one of the best rides at Six Flags Magic Mountain. A lot of people say it is the best, but I can't decide between this or Tatsu, since there's debate between both rides.
Tony Kim honestly twisted colossus master race
Tatsu is an easy smooth ride compared to X2
ARROW dynamics made some crazy good coasters, now if they are S&S I'm excited to see the new Axis coaster!!!
X2 is awesome. I like it way better than Tatsu. I want to go back to Magic Mountain. It's only like 6 hours from Phoenix.
That's great to hear! :)
I definitely agree that the design of Green Lantern is inferior to X2. Green Lantern is frankly painful to ride, while X2 I found the controlled rotation of the seats simply enhanced +/- g-forces.
+Gareth Askew ZacSpins are incredibly painful to ride.
Gareth Askew well X2 wasn't always that comforting, when it was called X it was basically Green Lantern, very uncomfortable
That 76 mph feels like 100mph?!?!?!?!? Makes u wanna ride it again and AGAIN
I bet!
Rode this 4 times at my visit to six flags. Every ride I been after this has been nothing
I blacked out for a few seconds on this ride
Wait is s and s arrow?
The best coaster in operation and Def the best ride at 6F LA
This is one of the coasters I can say that I've ridden! Love it.
Awesome to hear, I'm really jealous! I hope to ride myself one day :)
Now,that's a coaster! And I don't have to go to the east coast for a good ride
Here's a quick summary
What is X2: a B&M Wing Coaster on steroids
B&M should REALLY consider making their own version of a 4D coaster. It'd probably be the best thing ever made lol
Where is this ride located which place which park
This ride is painfully fun. I rode it twice as my head and calves banged on the seats LMAO
What is: Full Throttle - Six Flags Magic Mountain
I'll note that down, thanks for the suggestion :)
is their a coaster that has two carts going next to each other, so if the track was a cube or square then they could have one on ech side.
sorry for a bad explanation
Unfortunately there is not.
what is the difference between x2 and the original? i have been on x2 but not the x1
A more reliable ride essentially. Not much changed in terms of the actual ride experience though :)
Do the flames still work? Haven't seen the flames for a while
I believe they do but I'm not sure myself.
One of the few coasters that really made me piss my pants during the first drop because you take it horizontally.
the 2 inversions on X2 are on the drop when you flip under to end up on your back, and the back flip soon after that.
COASTER BOT They don't know everything you know, you shouldn't trust everything you read online.
The RCDB is well known and well established in the roller coaster community. It is deemed to be a strong and correct source of ride information.
Happy 20th anniversary to this Iconic X2 coaster 12/01/2002 - 12/01/2022
I've been to SFMM once with my friends and went on about half the rides. When it was time to go on X2 I admitantly chickened out even though I was the only non GP among my friends. I kinda regret my decision LOL. Mind you, I wasn't the only one of my friends who didn't go. But I did go on Tatsu and it is now one of my favourite rides ever! Oh well, next time!
Awesome you got to ride some of the coasters. You'll have to get on X2 next time! :)
The soundtrack for this ride is awesome
Sound? It's got sound? I never heard it because I was too busy screaming and praying.
X2 the best ride at six flags no cap💯‼️
im 12 years old and when i went on it i kept saying "SHIT sHIT sHIT SHIT!!" next to my older brother
My boyfriend almost pooped his pants on this ride and I couldn't stop laughing
I am quite the coaster enthusiast and I can say that Green Lantern is the most extreme ride I have ever ridden and I have ridden everything in California, X2 is better than X but Green Lantern is hands down more extreme. It's the first and only ride in my long experiences of rides to make me see stars.
Intamin Zacspins are well known for their intensity and force. Many, including myself, don't enjoy all aspects of the ride experience as some elements cause a lot of pain. It is definitely a large thrill though! :)
I’ve went on this ride b4 and it was too much for me😂
got on this one after 2 months and let me tell y'all...again it left me breathless afterwards.... STILL AMAZED WHAT X2 CAN DO TO YOUR CHEST AFTER THE FRIST DROP
