I love my Vitamix so much... people act surprised when they hear the price but when they use it they understand... especially the smoothie mode!!! Also someone accidently left a metal spoon it when we were cooking for a party... I contacted customer service, they sent me a shipping label and with a week I received a replacement at no extra charge! Quality AND service!!!

Wow really? Now I kinda understand why they are like 400 bucks each now. Since that's not something even if it was still under warranty will cover.
