Yes a Stargate Atlantis movie would be perfect! If they do it before everyone gets too old, and if everyone's on board. Fanfiction is awesome though-for the most part. Some are awful but there are many that expanded Stargate Atlantis' world in fantastic directions. And John Sheppard's story too. Those stories are fantastic.
WHY WHY WHY did they cancel SGA?!!! It wasn't perfect but the underlying themes of this show resonated with so many people-courage, friendship, loyalty. Heroes that you can believe in and chemistry between the actors. This is the show that most companies would kill to produce. It was popular and iconic and they threw it away. SGU did not have 1 single character that I cared about. I'm surprised it ladted 2 seasons. Well at least SGA is still alive in books and fan fiction. Love it!
