It's a really cool thing Angel is doing but the food is not unusual if your Puerto Rican in New York, many of us grew up eating Cuchifritos and Pernil y Lechon con arroz con gandules, it's only people who are not familiar with Puerto Rican food think this is the only place to get this kind of food but many of us Puerto Ricans make our own version of many Puerto Rican dishes especially Lechon.
