I play flute and I love playing flute my dad is on a band for middle school, so he’s teaching me how to play the flute and I am in sixth grade and I love the flu probably keep playing the flute for around 20 years and I probably would never regret that and I follow you and I love your videosand have a good day
My Christmas concert is coming up really soon. Tgis has got me in the mood! Thank youuu!!! 😊 Also, before any concert i always make sure to warm up, do some scales etc, especially if your flute is cold.
Pre-concert ritual. 45 minutes before a concert or rehearsal, 1 banana. < magnesium, potassium - good stuff. Get to a green room. Whilst eating banana, gratitude meditation. No blowy on flutry!
Hi Katie-I love your life as a musician vlogs: it’s so interesting to have a glimpse of your week. It changes so much from day to day. How long did you have the sheet music before the concert? And how far ahead did you know that you had this performance? Well, it’s off to my practice session :)
Hello, I'm from Brazil and I watch your videos, I'm 11 years old and I play the flute in orchestras here in my city, I love your content, I started a channel, now kisses ps: I loved the performance
I loved watching this!!! Pre-Concert routine? I had a concert yesterday and I think because I’m an overthinker, I do best when I keep busy. I try to also to drink lots of water and reduce my caffeine as much as possible. As for food, I try to eat pretty light because I don’t play well when I’m full. One point of feedback for the vlog: could you make it so that captions are easier to read? In certain backgrounds, the captions are hard to see. I know exactly which passage you’re talking about! I have short ring fingers compared to my other fingers so anything that involves switching between E and F# is really uncomfortable. I generally tell my students to anticipate their right hand more because it tends to be slower (at least for me). Was that the last movement of Brahms 4?
Hi Katie. It's nice to not see that other dog ya let get to you. There are plenty guys out there, but ya gotta watch your weight. I found that if you go real slow and COUNT, that the muscle memory can handle your coordination and your sight. Remember to count as you read the music. Your friend, Joe
Piccolo gangggggg

Before a performance I always like to pray before I go on stage,
*gasp* Clara's Piano Concerto! One of my absolute favourite but nobody ever plays it... wish dearly I could see it live!

You should collab with Tiffany Poon.
I'm sure I missed it, but what Robert Schumann piece was played?
Was the first flute Kaori Fuji ???
