    Ive fkd up my hamstring something bad before. the throbbing pain didnt let me sleep for a few nights. would sometimes stretch it in the perfect way while walking send a jolt of shooting stinging pain. incredible feat of human mental and physical strength, he is insane!

    I feel so privileged to have lived during a time when I had Deion Sanders on my two favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys & Atlanta Braves, and to have had those Cowboy games called by John Madden & Pat Summerall, especially on Thanksgiving.

    It’s no disrespect to players today, but some of the injuries guys used to play through was just on another level. Broken legs, amputating fingers, concussions, broken arms, broken hands. You name it, those guys used to do it. Just unreal what they were able to do.

      Yep I had a hamstring injury that lasted almost a month. It kept coming back every time I thought I was healed and ran full speed. Real deal pain
