With all the customization of the vehicle, does it still retain the 3 year warranty? Looks AWESOME! Great job with it.
Justin Wakefield still has full warranty, only thing warranty no longer covers is the modified parts.
If this machine would be seeing any mud, the sides and interior will quickly become really dirty due to the tires sticking out so far without any fender extensions. Are those available for the Teryx that will extend far enough to stop most of the mud from flinging on and in the machine?

So know this is a old video but would like to know if the 6” long travel is still made or if it’s just a system made only for your shop
No longer made, and our current MT Long travel beats it with 5" more wheel travel then this one had with Bandit shocks, and 6" more wheel travel then the Walker Evans had. That's the best long travel out for the Teryx.
Nice build! Warn winches suck! Mine died after a year and they told me my warranty was void because it had mud and water in it. Go figure
Wierd, we have been useing Warn winches with hardly a single issue in over 30 years on ATV's. Wierd they did not help you out 😞
Hesters Motorsports yeah I was pretty surprised myself. It should go without saying but I don’t get stuck on the street. The irony of it all is the box the winch came had a guy on a four wheeler slinging mud and water everywhere. Anyway. Nice build
I prefer quieter engines. keeps neighbors content as you go by. loud ticks them off.

How much do these go for with the mods on the video? I was planning on buying the Yamaha wolverine but this Teryx looks too damn good.
A build can very greatly in price by the ser up. This one was around the 24-25k area. But this long travel we have a newer supplier on the shocks whick boost performance and lowers the price. Our most common builds are around 20-25k with the occasional 25k-30k. Just depends on what you want.
have you had any issues with the super atv A arms? seems like the adjustment on the lower A arm could be a weak point. I don't understand why they didn't put the adjustment on the top A arm. Also what is your opinion on using the stock Fox podium shocks with a long travel set up?
They are Chomoly, I have not seen a failure, not suing someone could not bend or brake something, nothing is break proof, but they are VERY strong. They run them on every set of arms from Super ATV, polaris, can am, yamaha, honda, kawasaki, every arm made. The tens or even hundreds of thousands of those parts currently on rides around the world, I have only seen (over the internet) one of them bending or braking, and the question that always follows was "did you crash and do that?" Pretty tough.
So guys quick question?...between this,Yamaha Wolverine and Honda pioneer for the bucks,quality and off road capability each one would you go for?
Have 2009 teryx with +6 long travel that needs replacing.

Unfortunately no, the Gen 1 teryx Long travels are no longer made. The Gen 2s are totally different frame and drive set up. 😞
@@HesterEdition looking at the upper control arms and lower control arms of a 2018 it looks the same as the 2008-2012 to me.
I get the frame is longer on t4, but the arm setup up front looks identical? Maybe not

What did you have to do to the gearing with larger tires?
The Teryx can pull 30s stock but makes a BIG diggerance with clutching.
John... how does this radio and speaker set up compare performance wise and price wise to the set up we talked about?
Actually your set up is more confined, has more power and wider range of speakers, and cost less. This one has bigger speakers, allows us to fit the "X" frame in the back and link all the LED lights together.

Does the arms work with stock axels?
No they are 6" longer per side. It is a long travel kit, this set up we make sure you have everything needed, axles, shocks, bushings you name it.
Where can you find a benchmark ecu
You take yours out and send it to them. They flash and send it back. Tell them Hester's sent ya!

What exhaust system is that?
That is a Brute Performance dual muffler, unfortunately he does not make them anymore like this, they are doing a quieter single core. But we did get the last ones he has of these and as I write this we have one left. Can hook you up if you want it :) (575) 445-3558

How much to do the same thing to a 2 seat version ?
There is ALOT of stuff to do, to transform a Teryx 2 into a T5 such as this, to be honest, would be better to sell yours and either find a good used Teryx-4, or a new T4 and build from there. It's not impossible but you basically have to totally transform the rear end and frame to make a 2 seater the same way as this. There are however seats that bolt into the beds for about $350ish to fit 2 people but the rear passengers won't have a roll cage unless you build one over them.

Hesters Motorsports thats not bad at all as I love my rzr 4 900xp I've always been a fan of the teryx and the short wheelbase only issue was the narrow with and no travel but wow u really threw those issues out the door hell of a job sir

ECU flashing is done by Benchmark Performance or Alba racing or V Force John. Can contact any of those tuners to send your ECU in to be refreshed. Thank you for watching.
