10/27/2024 I wanted to add some information to this video. Great job! I did the same thing but ran into some confusion on parts. The spacers are 4/136 M12.5 studs. The stores will tell you the spacers wont fit and thats because the OEM says the wheels are 4/137. I tried both and the 4/136 fit perfectly. Hope this helps!
I had one for a few years, the cabin noise was awful, it was not the s but I had put the hcr long travel kit on it, made it a much better machine, stock it road like a sack of potatoes, heat in the summer was almost unbearable, did the cat delete and also snorkeled the belt intake and exhaust, that made a big difference, the belt sucks hot air basically directly off the top of the motor, then spits it out right at the back of the console, the console would get so hot that you could not touch it, I made a custom cover out of expanded metal for under the drivers seat, I removed the square piece of plastic so it could vent and also added a 3 inch bilge blower to suck the hot air off the motor. It was bearable and the kids didn't get heat stroke anymore. But gutless especially in reverse, reverse shares the same gear ratio as high range, in the mud there were times when it would not even consider turning the tires in reverse in the mud. I purchased a rzr hl4 and love it.
I believe the stock wheels are 6" wide front & 8" wide rear. I was curious what mounting 10" wide tires all around would do. Obviously it works. Looks good!
I had a 2020 Teryx4 Camo, I did 2" spacers, 2.5" lift and 30x10x14 Carnivoirs, they still rubbed, but not enough to make me have to change my control arms right away. I was going to do the high clearance control arms because they push the wheels forward just enough to stop the rubbing. I am happy that Kawi changed the Control arms though. I miss it, I should never have sold it, it was the most reliable SxS I ever owned.
I’m assuming it wasn’t the S model based off the rubbing. I have heard it takes more work to fit 30s on the non S models. Nothing worse than regretting the sale of a toy. Been there done that with a dirt bike. The Teryx is so reliable, it would take a lot for me to sell it. I’d rather build it up and have the reliability than buy a rzr or can am. However, the KRX is tempting. Just so much bigger.
@@battlebornmotorsports it was definately a non S, I think the S models came out in 2022. and ya it took a bit to get them to work, I had to get the grinder out and remove a chunck of the metal plate on the inner wheel well, but that was the worst I had to do. The back wheels only rubbed on the outter round bar at the front of the wheel well when I was rolling at higher speeds, and the fronts only rubbed when I cranked the steering all the way to wither side. no big deal.
@@iamshaunI’ve never minded minor rubbing on my trucks when I went up. I’m my mind the gains you get from running 30s is definitely worth some slight rubbing
Good day. Would it be possible for you to provide part numbers or descriptions of your wheel spacers? Super ATV does not list a fitment for the TRex 4S LE. I measure bolt pattern 4/136 , M12 Thanks for any info
Had to circle back to this now that I've been on 31s with stock ECU/clutch for a short while. I don't see the need for new c.weights or short spring unless you want to peel out and race from dead stops. These aren't racing machines and we outgrew doing donuts back in our 20's. I can feel the added bulk of tire/rim upgrades so I will monitor belts more frequently.
Hey quick question on spacers. Got a new 4s. Recently put 30x10x14 on oem wheels like you. My width in the rear measures 62”. Front is 64.5”. What size would you recommend. I’d like to get it similar on both ends. Also I haven’t cranked the front preload. Not sure if that affects the measurements. Thanks.
I like them, fit and finish is really good. Seem to have worked well on the rocks I have hit with them and definitely add some strength and rigidity to the arms. Between that and the SuperATV skid plate system I don’t have any worries when I hit the machine on rocks.
@@battlebornmotorsports I’m down by Bishop CA and have looked at the mega bites for a bit but was afraid they would get chewed up by the rocks but I’m glad it seems like you doing good on them on similar terrain.

Question. I heard you say you lifted it. But ai didnt catch if you lifted front and rear and how much of a lift. Which lift kit did you choose
@@Keith-n3j front and rear, just added lift with the preload collar on the coilovers. No lift kit and free 👍

I have the exact model, did you remove the sway bar to get rid of body roll? And this is all done without forward a arms?
Yea I removed the sway bar. The sway bar is what minimizes the body roll. They are stock S a arms
the longer you wait to get some Hesters Elka shocks, the madder you'll be at yourself for not doing it sooner.
What would need done to put that size tires on without rubbing anything?

Was there a top speed increase with the larger wheels?
it will have a faster top end but not much, maybe 1mph. but speed limiter kicks on at 50mph, unless you have your ecu re flashed
